New Customer

This was the first time that I used PharmacyEscrow.com. I chose them because of the ease of submitting my prescription and their low prices. I was a bit leery of the entire process at first especially when I was able to double my order but I went ahead with the transaction anyway. I received prompt communication of the status of my order but none of the tracking numbers provided were legitimate. I e-mailed customer service and got a quick reply back with reassurance that my order was in route although I could not track it. Another week passed and I sent another e-mail but then the product was delivered to my home that day. All in all it was a bit nerve wracking because of the large amount of money I paid out with no tracking but in the end I am very pleased and would purchase from PharmacyEscrow.com again.

Great Product

Still nothing bad to say about the actual product. I've been ordering from Pharmacy Escrow for about a year now and everything has been pretty consistent. I like refill reminders too. The prices are much more reasonable that I'd pay here in the U.S. with or without a prescription. Not to mention the cost I'd have to pay to a doctor every time I needed a refill. My only issue with the ordering process is that same issue I have with my last order. I used to be able to pay with a MasterCard or American Express - and the site still has them listed as payment options - but then when you get to the payment screen you can only pay by Visa if you want to use a card. Well, I don't have any Visa cards and the process to do it with a MasterCard through Western Union is just annoying. This issue is almost enough to drive me to start going to get medications locally....almost. Other than that HUGE payment issue, service has been pretty good. Dear Pharmacy Escrow, please figure something out with that.

This product is exactly the right price, and right strength to prevent outbreaks. The time between ordering and receiving the actual product needs improvement though, but the order process is very easy.

Quick Shipping/Quality Product

I rated the support for this transaction a 4 for a few reasons. The first is for the quick shipping. This was my second order with pharmacy escrow and it definitely got here faster than last time.
I've had no problems with the medication and never any problem with customer service (like long hold times or incorrect information that you get with other companies).
The prices are slightly under what I would be paying here in the states without insurance so I don't mind.
The only setback is payment. All my cards are Master Card and American express and payment options seem to have changed so it complicates things for my next order.
I wish Pharmacy Escrow would take PayPal or Master Cards but I guess that's something ill just have to wait on.

Good service, good quality product

This company had an excellent price on Zovirax - it was sufficiently good that I was a little worried that maybe the quality wouldn't be perfect, but I was reassured by the message during the ordering process stating that although pharmacies and prices vary, the product quality is the same whichever pharmacy you buy from. And I have since been using the medication and found it works perfectly well!
I found the ordering process very straightforward and user friendly. My order took a little longer than expected to reach me (I ordered end of November and received the item just after the Christmas break). However, I received a polite message confirming when the item has been dispatched and was provided with tracking details so I could monitor the progress of my parcel.
All in all, I had a good experience of this company and the order process and I would have given 5 stars had the order arrived more quickly.

Review of Valacyclovir Order

Dear Sirs,

I am happy with the recent order which I made for Valacylovir from your company. The ordering process was straight forward. I was able to submit my past history to your online physician which saved me the expense and time of having a prescription written in Australia. I received the drug within 8 days of my initial order which was quite satisfactory.

Some improvements could be made on the drug packaging. The drug was packaged in sampler packs with 3 500mg. tablets in each pack. These packages are not convenient at all. I would prefer to receive future orders in one bottle for convenience of storage and handling.

Got exactly what I needed, abeilt delivery takes a

The ordering process was very smooth. Unfortunately I live in the Republic of Ireland where delivery is impossible due to strict customs and excises rules and regulations. I placed my order and had it delivered to my alternative address in the UK.

Within a day I had a telephone call from Pharmacyescrow.com, confirming this new address (as it was different to my Irish on) which was a nice display of a company being on the ball with regards credit card fraud.

The drugs arrived almost 2 and 1/2 weeks later, exactly as I had ordered with no problems whatsoever. They came from india and I made a *massive* saving from purchasing them at home.

So a big thumbs up for the service, the only slight downside being is that if you need the drugs immediately, you could be waiting a while. If it's a subscription that you need regularly, then don't hold back - get ordering now!

I loved the value of buying this medication online. It saved me a lot of money. The only bad part is the length of time delivery takes up to one month. But the savings makes it very worthwhile.
