I have felt the order and receiving process with PharmacyEscrow.com has greatly improved since the time I first placed an order. This particular order was an excellent example. Although I received broken ampules in the order (rating 4 star), the customer service was very good. I sent photos of the broken ampules for replacement and simultaneously placed a new order. I asked for them to be shipped together so that I would not have to pay the shipping charges, and that was handled well. When I received my order, the replacement items were the incorrect amount. I contacted PharmacyEscrow.com through live chat, and this was also handled very nicely by the representative. So, even though there were broken products and errors in the orders and replacements, the customer service was excellent. Thank you.

Top Quality finally!

The fashion in which the order was reviewed by the pharmacy was outstanding and time sensitive. The quality of the product was not sub-standard or in any way deficient. True Pharmacy quality and world class packaging. The date the product expired was years in advance. Super Quality and super price. I cannot say enough.

Using PharmacyEscrow.com was easy and convenient! I used the search functionality on the site to find exactly what I was looking for, quickly. The site is easy to navigate because its intuitive and very user friendly. There are many options available - but PharmacyEscrow.com makes it easy to decide: they offer customer service 24/7/365 and even have live chat available for questions.
Once I placed my order I was very happy with the follow up and quickness of delivery. I received emails immediately confirming my order was accepted. I also received a status update regarding shipment. I was concerned there might be a problem receiving my order, but there was none! PharmacyEscrow.com offers expedited shipping and also lets you choose discrete packaging, which made me feel very comfortable ordering online.
My order arrived quickly, with no problems at all!

Stress free and worry free ordering

Every process of the ordering system was easy. Placing the order, processing, payment and shipping was all easier than expected. This was our first time ordering and we were very hesitant at first, but we ended up being very satisfied with the whole process and will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I have had great success using this sight to get what i need and they are fast on shipping and have not has any bad issues and it is what i was looking for and everyone is so nice and helpful.
Did i mention the shipping is fast and private and i like the email updates when they ship and how long. it is there when they say it is.

I will never shop anywhere else.

Placed my order on 7/13/08. When I was concerned that the tracking info still had not shown up with the carrier, PharmacyEscrow.com's online live support was available to answer my questions immediately. However my order was delivered promptly to my doorstep on 8/04/08. Considering it came all the way from India, I was very impressed with the speed of delivery. I also appreciated the extreme detail that went into packaging - care had been taken to wrap each packaged ampule with a foam wedge to further ensure that breakage would not occur, and the package was nondescript, ensuring my privacy. The Pregnyl I ordered also tested high on a pregnancy test strip, proving it was of high quality. Based on PharmacyEscrow.com's reputation and my own experience with them, at this point I will never shop anywhere else.

Your staff is generally very knowledgeable and quick to return any answers that can't be covered without first checking with the pharmacy.It is most unusual now days to actually talk live with someone and I really appreciate that aspect of your business.
