I was completely impressed with ordering from Pharmacy Escrow. My order was exactly what I was expecting.
When I first ordered, I had a bit of trouble with my credit card processing. Once it processed, it was smooth sailing the whole way. The shipment even arrived two weeks earlier than I expected it to. The HCG I ordered was exactly what I was expecting and the quality is superb.
I had several questions about my order and they were answered immediately by the live chat customer service representatives.
I fully intend on ordering from Pharmacy Escrow again and will be recommending them to all of my friends!

I ordered items from Pharmacy Escrow and received them more quickly than I expected to! Other people I know who have ordered the same product from other companies have waited months for their products or never received them at all. Ordering was easy and I had my product within weeks!

Practiced Customer Service

I have been a customer since June of 09 and called to reorder my HCG. I had questions about using the oral medication instead of injections. I also had a credit from my last order and couldn't find it. I spoke to Michael B. in customer service. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable and when he didn't know the answer to a question, he found it for me. He didn't make me feel rushed, unintelligent or like I was wasting his time. He explained things to my satisfaction and I left my computer feeling good about the order. Because of you, I am planning on switching my regular medical prescriptions over to Pharmacyescrow if my insurance will cover the move. Thanks Michael, for making this process worry-free, hassle-free and for helping me feel like a valued customer. I'd work with your company anytime! You're fantastic!

Happy with this company!

I have ordered through other companies and have had some accounting problems, order mix ups or unresolved problems.
This company is different. When you have any question, problem or delivery issues you can talk with a live person day or night.
You don't have to wait for someone to hopefully get back with you.
Whatever the reason for contacting the company they will resolve the issue right away.
That is a total relieve.

I ordered this mixing kit from here and it was very helpful. Everything you need to guarantee the success of your HCG diet is right there in one package! I received my package in only about 3 days. Well my first order was a big order and I only got half my order in 2 weeks, I got on the phone and they found out where it was called me back and even e-mail me. They were very helpful and friendly. I did have to wait for 2 weeks more for my other half, but it did make it to me. I really liked the HCG that i bought, I had went to a clinic the first time I did it and I think the HCG I bought from here was a lot better and way cheaper. So then when I order my 2nd time it was a smaller order and I paid for priority shipping and I had no problems at all. It was here in 2 weeks and all of it. I was impressed, so from now on that is the way I will order. I am very happy with the product and the service. Getting skinny now :)

Dear Pharmacyescrow, I tried using the account ID number on my confirmation receipt and my account locked up. This the only problem I have encountered. As a first time buyer of HCG on line, I was very nervous. I was very relieved to get your welcoming letter. I felt like I was dealing with people who cared about their customer no matter where they lived.
I am sure there are many people in the US who are like me have a Doctor who has said he does not care if I did the HCG Diet but he did not feel he knew enough about it to write me a prescription. With out a prescription this product is unavailable to the average person. There are clinics to go to if you are willing to spend $500 dollars and up for their services.
I was surprised at how fast your products arrived. The instructions were easy to read and understand. The product is easy to use and yes it does stop the craving to eat and you do feel great even though you are eating such a small number of calories. You do LOSE weight.
I would like to stay on the HCG after I have reached my goal of 70 lbs. As it has helped my energy increase, my mind seems sharper and my general quality of life has increased. I feel more like 40 than 68 and I am able to keep up with my Grand children . I would not trade that for anything.
