Outstanding!

The streamline was easy process. Our order was fulfilled and sent out right away. Only complaint was more from USPS that never updated after it was cleared from customs. I will order from here again if ever needed.

HCG order messed up

I ordered HCG PREGNYL 5000 I.U. (HIGH PURITY) 1 AMPULE(S) from India. When i received the package there were two ampoules that were broken in the process of being shipped to me. I thought that they were packaged pretty poorly. Considering they were going to be traveling so far coming from India and going to Phoenix Arizona. I took a picture of the package and email Pharmacy Escrow and almost immediately they contacted me back. They said they would send out right away the replacements for the two that were broken. Within one day i received tracking info on the new delivery. I received the new ampoules fairly quickly. It did arrive in the same type of packaging, thank fully they were not broken. I think they need to package better coming from India so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Pharmacy Escrow was great and fixed the problem right away. This is my second order. I did not have this issue with my first order, but I'm glad they fixed it with no issues. Thanks!

Exceeded my expectations

I was hesitant to place an order for a product that ships from another country but I have to say, they met and exceeded my expectations. I actually had the product more than a week earlier than anticipated. If I had one criticism it's the lack of information on how to use the product as there was nothing included with my order. Luckily, there are many internet sources so even this is minor. I will definitely be ordering other products from Pharmacy Escrow in the very near future.

HCG

I was pleased that the order arrived ahead of schedule. I was disappointed when the packaging was crushed and 2 of the 5 boxes inside were significantly damaged. Additionally, I was disappointed that the HCG high purity was not available and therefore, I had to chose an alternative. Otherwise, I was please with my overall order.

Middle of the Road

I would have to say this is a Middle of the Road Company! Sometimes you get GREAT service and sometimes it is REALLY poor! I have been a customer for well over a year. Sometimes my order has come rickety split in 10 days to 3 weeks and sometimes it never arrives and is lost. Even re-orders of a lost order have been lost.
The one good thing, is they DO eventually get you what you ordered. It just may take months and months. I ordered something in March and got it finally in September because it had been lost.
Then I ordered again recently and got it in less than 3 weeks. I think it must depend on what pharmacy this escrow service gets your order from. So pay attention to what pharmacy you are ordering from. The quality is always good. One time the Hcg didn't want to come out of the vial, it was caked in there and other times it was perfect. That's what I usually order.
I ordered other things that were perfect.
If you have all the time in the world and can wait to get good prices, then this is the company for you. If you need something right away, forget it. Don't call on the phone either because their accents are too hard to understand. Don't email because it takes them a long time or never to answer, but Live Chat works well. Sometimes you have to wait during that too but it does work.
The staff are very friendly and try their best to help you. One lady named Tanya is the best they have. Not sure if she still works there.
So shipping times, if your order is not lost, is 10 days to 3 weeks. Seems the cost is high, of $30 but who wants to put out $100 for a one time shipping fee when you first get started? Seems they should credit you and turn in all your shipment fees into the $100 onetime charge. I have paid well over the $100 one time shipping fee now. I haven't really tried any other escrow services like this one, probably because it’s a scary deal to begin with but a friend recommended it and said they were on the up and up so I tried it. So yes they are on the up and up, and only charge your credit card the amount they are supposed to so you don't have to worry about getting ripped off. They did add this $5 fee to get a prescription which they never used to. Probably just a ruse to get more money.
They do give out credits though which I really like and this probably keeps me coming back.
So all in all, not a bad company IF you can wait for your order.

Product was great

The only problem I did have was one ampule was missing from the package all else arrived safely product was good. I paid for all of them but never received the one missing ampule of HUCOG. I got on the chat thing several times trying to get results so I finally sent it back to the address I received it from because I had no access to sending them a digital photo. But I never received a new replacement vial. But the rest of the order and product was great I was pleased with the quality.

Great Internet Pharmacy

When I was told by a friend about the benefits of the HCG diet, I decided to go online and check it out. PharmacyEscrow.com was great! It had all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and it had everything I needed to use HCG for weight loss on their website. It even shows how to mix and administer HCG, and if you don't have a prescription they even allow you to obtain one through an online physician. Everything was top notch and I was very happy with the service.

HCG review

The only reason I did not rate it a 5 is because I had initially selected to pay with a Master Card (my bad) but I was not able to get the Western Union to work for me so I had to call in and have the order changed. it was not a smooth as a transition as it could have been but overall I received the product as described and in the time that was specified. I do wish the shipping could be a little faster but overall the product was worth the wait.

HCG Purchase

I was a bit disappointed with this order, as I had tried to order 5000 I.Us and somehow ended up with 2000 I.Us. Although there seemed to be a mistake, once again Pharmacy Escrow was very prompt in dealing with my query and assured me that I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect amount. Unfortunately, once the order had been placed there was no way of changing it, which would be nice to have that option.
I would still like to continue using this website to order Hcg as I find the process relatively simple and the orders do arrive promptly.

It works

It is always a bit of a mystery to try different brands of the same product. There are obvious differences in packaging and product containers. I seem to be able to identify differences in the different brands. This shipment was OK and did what I hoped it would do.
