Easy to Order, Efficient and Great Customer Service

I just recently received my first order through Pharmacy Escrow, and my experience could not have been better! From the start, I found the site easy to navigate and full of valuable product information. Once I placed my order, I received a series of email communications updating me with shipping and tracking information. My order arrived promptly and when promised. I love the live chat feature for questions, and I really appreciated how I was kept up to date with the status of my order at every step.
Pharmacy Escrow seems to be the gold standard for online pharmacies!

Great Service

I heard about HCG from a friend and she recommended Pharmacy Escrow to obtain it. I was not sure what I had to order and contacted a consultant online. She was very helpful and explained what I needed in order to succeed with my diet. Once I had made my choice I placed the order through the site and got a confirmation right away. I was updated as my order was prepared and then shipped. I was told it would take about 3 weeks. I got a call this past Saturday that my shipment had arrived and was ready for pickup. I can honestly say that I had fantastic service and am placing another order now for a friend of mine.

I have had the best tech support, I could contact the pharmacy by a live chat at any time. No one does that. I am very pleased with the promptness of receiving my order, and letting me know where my order is.

Rapid shipping, outstanding customer service

I ordered from the company for the first time a few weeks ago. Initially I had a few questions so a called and spoke to a person that was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was inquiring about. When placing the order I was able to navigate with each through the website, the steps were very clear, and I almost immediately received an email with my confirmation. Further, which was the greatest part, I received an update each time my order went through another processing step. It was only a matter of days before I got a shipping confirmation! Another great piece of this is that I received my order exactly when I was supposed to. I will definitely order from your company again, as I know I can count on receiving a quality product, and I will receive it on time.

You know I've been using Pharmacy Escrow for almost 3 years now & I order regularly & refer many others to use Pharmacy Escrow & not once in 3 years have I had a bit of trouble. They have great customer service, I love the "online chat" feature as well. So often when calling customer service from various businesses I feel like I'm putting them out. Pharmacy Escrow has never made me feel like I was putting them out! I would recommend Pharmacy Escrow for all your pharmacy needs. You definitely cannot go wrong with Pharmacy Escrow!

Refill order

I ordered this order on 8/6/10 and received it on 8/20/10 which was 14 days to get it. I have had good service and have received my orders both times in a timely manner. The customer service department is very courteous when calling or doing live chat.

The HCG I received was the best quality and came very quickly. I was surprised how fast it came. The process was simple and easy to understand. Pharmacy Escrow communicated with me through the whole process and kept me up to date with tracking information. I have not had good experiences with online pharmacies in the past, but I will definitely and already have, referred my friends and family to Pharmacy Escrow. The product was well packaged and labeled. The pharmacies used are reliable and quick. There were no unexpected fees and the charge to my account went smoothly. I will definitely be doing more business with this company.

This has changed my life

I have always struggled with my weight growing up and it did not get better when it came time to start having my kids....I have 2 beautiful Children, one now 18 and the other is 12....With my first child everything that could go wrong, did go wrong including a gain of 100 pounds, yes 100 pounds! Then with much struggling for the next few years and EVERY yo-yo diet you could imagine, many ups and downs but never total success came my second child with a 55 pound gain.....Now what to do?
I again tried everything that came along , yet with little success, my oldest is now 18 and I need to do something.....
I learned of the HCG diet from a girlfriend that had used pharmacy Escrow for her services and was so thrilled...This was her first time around, and with many questions, she really used their services...she did the live chat, talked to Dr.s, she has ordered 3 times and continually uses them for all the answers to the questions she may have...
She has been very successful on her journey with HCG and so I decided it couldn't hurt.
I contacted Pharmacy Escrow and how helpful they are, they cater to your needs and were very quick to fill the prescription I needed, even going as far a s having a doctor call me to answer and questions I may have had... I truly appreciate them as I am kind of homophobic and didn't want to go to the doctor’s office to get started on this program....
I'm now down 40 POUNDS, and sooo happy about this, Thank you to Pharmacy escrow and the HCG diet.

We all have very high satisfaction with both the HCG products they provide, and their service.
