I had first ordered hcg about 4 months ago. After waiting about a week I got a tracking number that went no where. I had spoke with a rep. via Live Chat 3 times before they figured out the order was never shipped, 5 weeks after I first ordered. Finally, they reshipped the order priority and I was amazed that it got delivered to me in 1 1/2 wks. IN the end, the company came through. Great job on the customer service!

Third Order

On May 14, 2009 I received an email with a special offer of “Buy 3 and Get 1 Free”. This offer was only good until May 20th so on May 19, 2009 I went on to the internet to order more product. I managed to lock myself out of being able to order as I had mixed up my password/ID somehow. I phoned the 1-877-888-3562 phone number and was placed on hold for about 20 minutes. After a while a message came on the phone saying I could leave my name and phone number and they would call me back – this really helped. I also sent an email asking them to reset my “Signin” so I could order over the internet again. They were very helpful and called back to discuss my order mentioning that I could have used the “LiveChat” box on their website to place my order. It was late and so the next morning I went on to their website and found the “LiveChat box and started the conversation to place my order. Between ordering and getting the payment finalized at their end the “LiveChat” took a little over 2 hours to complete. Happily the order was finalized and my information was reset so I could once again order over the internet next time. I had ordered more product to take advantage of their great offer and this order took a bit longer to arrive. They kept me in the loop with emails once again letting me know the progression of my order and it arrived on June 10, 12 and 15th respectively.

Was very happy with this HCG order

I was very happy to find a supplier for this HCG but it did take a long time to finally receive it. I am glad that there are still other ways to receive a product that is good quality and feel confident about where it is coming from. Keep up the good work.

Delivery Received as promised - even early.

This is my second escrow order.
I used the priority shipping this time. I was able to track the progress. This relieved a lot of stress. I had previously ordered from another source and worried that I would never receive my shipment.
I had only a slight delay while my address change was verified.
My shipment arrived before I expected it to. that was a pleasant surprise.
I plan to use the service again.

The item was received as expected on given date. The item bought is as described. I called after 2am and there is a live customer service making sure all my questions and concerns were answered!!! I felt important and felt my business was appreciated!!!

WOW-Wonderful Customer Service

I have placed two previous orders and just placed a third from PharmacyEscrow.com!! On my second order AND the one I placed today, I screwed up on the order! Can you imagine that?? Anyway, on both of these instances, I received a phone call AND and e-mail from the customer service department almost immediately so that they could get my order right and get it processed ASAP. While some companies wait for you to call them because your order was never shipped, this is not the case with this fine company. And I cannot say enough about the product HCG, it's amazing!! Apparently it's working since I have ordered over and over and I highly recommend PharmacyEscrow.com to everyone I talk to about my weight loss! So here's a big THANK YOU to all of your wonderful staff!

PharmacyEscrow.com is one of the few places around where you will see Organon brand offered. The 'other' guys only offer the HCG diet enthusiast off brand garbage, or even worse, adulterated HCG!
