Amazing customer service

I ordered the HCG PREGNYL for weight loss. When placing my order I had a difficult time getting to the "complete" page of my order. (technical difficulties w/my computer) So I went to the "Live Chat" for help and talked to someone who was extremely helpful and confident that my order would be processed. I was worried because I wasn't sure my credit card had gotten charged more than once and the person on the other end reassured me that it hadn't and that my order when go through the whole process without any trouble. So I got that straightened out and it was so easy from there on out. I believe it took exactly 3 weeks so 15 business days which was a lot faster than I had expected seeing the website tells you 18-22 days for shipping. So that was a good surprise to get it early. All and all I would recommend this site to anyone I come in contact with not only looking for HCG but any other medications that they might be looking for. Thank you for all your help and quick service; I'll be a returning customer for life!

I loved this product. It did exactly what it is suppose to. I didn't feel as hungry I lost 1-2 lbs almost every day. A total of 30lbs in 35 days and I have kept it off. I can't wait to start another round. Shipping was almost exact to the day it was suppose to come in. I think it was 18 business days. I used the buy another order for a discount. Online ordering was so easy. I also called and asked question and they were friendly and very helpful.I will buy from here again. I have recommended it to a couple friends and they were just as happy.

i recieved my product faster than expected!

i am a 1st time customer and can not be more pleased. i was a little confused at first with the website when my credit card was not being processed. i was not sure if the order had gone thru... but when a customer service agent called me the very next day to tell me that my order did in fact go thru but i did so twice, i was grateful of the notice. he got everything squared away before my account was overcharged. for that i was grateful. then i was told that i should receive my order in about 20 days. it was at my door in 8. i started my diet and could not be happier...thank you Pharmacyescrow.com

I would highly recommend Pharmacyescrow.com, at first I was skeptical of ordering online from a pharmacy in India, but it was safe, fast, easy and convenient. I ordered HCG from www.Pharmacyescrow.com on 6/18/09 and had already received it on 6/30/2009. I was so impressed on how fast it came in the mail I was expecting to wait at least 30 days!! I placed an order and unfortunately it didn’t process all the way through but that was quickly taken care of. Automatically I email Pharmacyescrow.com and I had a representative email me back and call me as soon as possible. They made sure they had all my information and were very clear with what I was ordering, which my ordering process so much easier. I was nervous since it didn’t process and it was my first time ordering but my mind was put at ease from the quick response and friendly customer service. The process was not only very efficient but friendly and helpful. I spoke with a customer service representative, emailed back and forth, and also under my convince was able to chat online with a representative which was one of my favorite features. I cannot express how thrilled I am on how fast my product came, I was so surprised! smooth and swift transaction

The whole transaction was effortless and surprisingly swift considering it had to go through customs. I have never ordered anything out of the country before and expected a lot of delays and confusion. When I had questions at the beginning of the transaction, I just pressed live chat and a customer service representative quickly responded,answered all of my questions, and took the rest of my information needed to complete my order.
