long long waiting

it took an incredibly long time (~ a month?) for the pharmacy to actually send the product out. I almost thought my order was lost on the way, before I finally got that email telling me it was sent lol. I suppose tons of people are ordering this, and maybe that's reason why the pharmacy took so long to get my products ready. I got it finally so it's still alright

Worse than before

Your customer service people were wonderful but they were not able to ascertain whether or not the products had been delivered. We have a private mailbox service that forwards our mail to us depending on where we are in the United States. I wanted to be able to call you and know my products had been delivered. Your staff was unable to be sure they had been delivered.

uneven experience

I ordered twice from this pharmacy. Once the order went through without a problem, once customs confiscated my package and I had trouble getting a refund. Although I eventually did get it.
