FROM BEGINNING TO END, DRUG DELIVERY OF CANADA HAS BECOME ONE OF MY BEST FRIENDS. WE MOVED ACROSS THE STATE AND MY HUSBANDS JOB OFFER FELL THROUGH SO HE STAYED BEHIND AT HIS PREVIOUS JOB AND MY SON AND I MOVED TO OUR NEW HOME. MAJOR PROBLEM - OUR INSURANCE WAS ONLY ACCEPTED IN CHICAGO AND I COULD NOT SEE A DOCTOR OR GET REFILLS OF MY MEDS. AT NEW HOME. TO THE RESCUE - DRUG DELIVERY OF CANADA. PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN SIMPLER. REST ASSURED THAT YOUR MEDS. ARE ON THEIR WAY AND THE MEDS. YOU RECEIVE ARE THE EXACT SAME MEDS. HAVING RECENTLY MOVED AND NOT HAVING NEW INSURANCE YET I WAS REALLY IN A PANIC AS TO HOW I WOULD GET MY MEDICATIONS. PHARMACYESCROW.COM TO THE RESCUE. THE ORDERING PROCESS ONLINE COULD NOT BE EASIER. THEY EVEN OFFER A CLUB TO SAVE YOU ON SHIPPING. YOU RECEIVE AN E-MAIL THAT YOUR ORDER WAS RECEIVED AND THEN AGAIN SHORTLY AFTER TO LET YOU KNOW IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. THE FIRST TIME I ORDERED I DID NOT UNDERSTAND HOW LONG I SHOULD ALLOW FOR DELIVERY AND THE TELEPHONE STAFF WERE VERY THOROUGH EXPLAINING THE SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS PROCESSES. IN A SHORT TIME I RECEIVED THE EXACT SAME MEDS MY DOCTOR HAS BEEN PRESCRIBING ALL ALONG. NO MUSS, NO FUSS. THANK YOU. ELA H.

THis was quite funny. While I received the Principen, for a long time, I was worried that I had not received the Imitrex. however, i had received a gift from somewhere in India. I thought it was from a friend Finally, I called drugdelivery.ca and complained. the order individual asked me if I received a gift I said yes. then, the answer was clear!

I am very impressed with your service! I was at first hesitant to order medications online but your company has set all those fears to rest. I have ordered a number of times so this was a refill. You sent me a reminder that it was time to refill. It is so easy to order a refill as your website is very user-friendly. You make it easy to order the same amount or change the amount ordered. I love the "Free Shipping For Life", even though you can only use it 3 times/year. I did not have to place any phone calls with this order as I was able to take care of everything online. However, I have had to make inquiring phone calls in the past and your customer service representatives were prompt, courteous, and helpful. In short, they always assisted me to solve problems or answer questions. Your website always gives an estimated shipping time and I have found the estimates to always be correct. My medications have never been late; rather, they may be a few days early. I always allow three weeks shipping time and it is always sufficient. I am amazed that the shipping times are so accurate given that the meds come halfway around the world! I have never had any complaints about the quality of the medication. It seems to be the same as what I would get in the States and it works exactly the same. Since the medication is for migraine headache, I would know immediately if it did not work! Thank you for making a very expensive medication more affordable and taking such obvious pride in providing excellent customer service.
