Outstanding Service

I have ordered from Pharmacy Escrow multiple times now, and have been a customer for nearly a year. Everything is as advertised except the customer service, it is better. They offer guidance for every step of the process should you want or need it. However it does not stop after the order is placed, they continue by updating you on your order as it progresses through their system all the way to delivery and sometimes afterwards. What a refreshing way to do business.

Atarax (hydroxyzine) excellent product - excellent

I cant speak highly enough about the quality service and products I have purchased through PharmacyEscrow.com. The Atarax was for some common side effects from Prednisone and worked exactly as expected. I was thrilled with the reliable and courteous service and delivery. This was my 3rd order and I have come to feel very confident in the ordering process. I know that the live help and chat is available to answer questions and they respond very quickly. Use of the website in general is very user friendly and I have been able to locate products and information without difficulty as well as comparing products and pricing. The qualities of the products themselves have been equal to or better than my local pharmacy. The customer service representatives are as easy to talk to as my local pharmacist, maybe even better, as they have answered all of my questions in a very timely and friendly manner. I like the prices better than those seen on other sites and I don't feel the need to go shopping around anymore, though I do from time to time to see what’s out there and then I come back to PharmacyEscrow.com to make my purchases. This Anxiety medication is the best out there, I can't believe it really works. I have had anxiety problems for so many years and there finally healing quite well. I really can't believe it. I was so pleased with the process of this order. My medication was delivered in a timely manner without any hassles. First order, issue with medication, delt with fast customer service

This is my first order with Pharmacy Escrow. My medication was received damaged with was disappointment but Pharmacy Escrow sure came through with great customer service and support to sort this issue. I appreciate the issue was down to the supplier not Pharmacy Escrow. I will be placing another order with them soon. I'm confident this was just a rare issue. Thanks Pharmacy Escrow!

Excellent customer service

I live in Texas and have used Pharmacy Escrow a number of times now. The customer service has been outstanding. I am kept informed of every stage as the order is processed. Should any issue arise they contact me immediately. The site is easy to use and they are trustworthy. They also offer discounts on refills as a way to thank you for your service. Many businesses could learn from their example. I would have given them 5 stars but that is something I never do even though the service and product are fantastic. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They know how to take care of their customers.

I am not very good with working on the computer but your staff on the phone were helpful in walking me through the steps. I also liked your chat room where you can have questions answered.
I do wonder if you would include any paperwork telling the consumer about any problems you might have in using a new medicine. I will certainly reorder from you when I run out.
