Added Charge Every Time You Order Now

Ok well here's the deal: I have ordered 6 times from this company and yes I have always received my order.
The first time was the only time when they said it got lost in shipping and it took 6 weeks to get it, but they did send it to me.
When I first became a customer, I had to fill out some answers to questions to get the prescription. That worked fine for the first 5 orders. Now the 6th time I ordered, I had to PAY for this prescription service, $5. Not a lot but if you figure how many customers they have, I'm sure it really adds up for them. Obviously it is a scam for them to get money, since I never had to pay for this 'service' the 5 times I ordered before.
Other than that, things are OK. I do WISH though that when I ordered last time, they had told me through the on line order process that they had a special going for hcg that if you ordered 3 you got one free ! They did not and so I missed out on that great deal. Would have been easy for them to put a notice on their ordering page to say hey, want to order one more ? We have a special deal going.
They also fixed something else, which is to allow one to use your credit towards your on line order. Before, there was no system for that and you had to order by phone, which took FOREVER.
So I would say if you're Ok with paying the extra 5 bucks every time you order, if you order on line only and not by phone, and if you're ok with them not telling you about their specials when you order, then this is an OK company.
They do have the live chat deal which works swell because when you call, the people have accents and are very hard to understand, so I would advise to never call your order in or to ask about an order, always use the on line system they have set up.
Product quality is great, no problems there, and shipping time is pretty good considering you are getting it from over seas. The time ranges anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks. So plan ahead !
And they did add a newer feature where you could track your order on line, you used to not be able to do that. So I do think they listen and try to meet the customer's needs. Not everyone does that these days !

So Far Second Time (ordering) was a Charm!

This was my second order with pharmacyescrow.com it went beautifully once again; I did not need any support (online chat or otherwise) because the first time I ordered from pharmacyescrow.com it went great without any complications. Once again the packaging was discrete but this time my order came even faster! I actually received this order within two weeks time which I did not expect, so that was a wonderful surprise!

I Received This Order Extremely Fast!

You get a three for this order because the turn around time was extremely fast however you would have received a four had I received all of my order. From past experiences I know trying to get what I order from you can be a complete pain and unsuccessful. However I received this order although not complete in less than two weeks time! I informed you that I did not receive the entire order and as expected no reply about this error. I placed an order for ten vials of HCG when you had the buy three and get one free special. By my calculations I should have received 13 vials total but I only received 12 vials in two different shipments. At first I received two vials that were horribly packaged and an email stating that my payment for $69 and some change was successful which was strange because the order I placed was for $289.47. After I emailed you about this fact and got no response two weeks later I received ten more vials. But I should have received eleven vials because if I ordered ten vials and you're supposed to receive one vial for free for every three ordered by my calculations I should have received 13 vials in total. Yet again your saving grace is your prices, I cannot find HCG priced better without smelling a scam being connected to it. Your shipping turn around is extremely faster now compared to two years ago (when I first began ordering from you) but your packaging has declined (now flimsy and torn envelopes verses concise discretely wrapped packages) and your customer service has declined as well. But, keep up the great pricing and I hope that you will return to your previous packaging methods because one of my vials was cracked. But, I knew calling or emailing you to try to get the cracked vial replaced was futile after reading another customer's review when the same instance happened to them; you had the nerve to tell them to take a picture of the smashed vial to prove that fact when most people with common sense would thrown that vial away because of the cracked exposed glass. Which I did of course. But, other than all that I know this is the place for competitively priced HCG and fast shipments.

Mixing instructions

No where in the reading material does it tell you how to mix the 10,000 units of HGC. I added 10cc to the 1cc. I called and paid for the consult 3 days ago and I was charged twice for the consult overdrew my account and still no answer from consultant but am still giving myself shots of 42.5 on the small needle. I think you owe me another vile of the HCG and written instruction for the 10,00 units. I am starting my diet today and the least someone could do is call me.

Worked wonders!!!

I was very worried about ordering the HCG because I had heard of some people receiving placibos. I decided I would give it a try and this HCG worked great. I wasn't as hungry as I thought I would be and I have been told it is because this HCG is really good. It really helped curve the hunger well. Placing an order was very easy. I messed up on my order and had selected to do a money order just so I could see the entire price and then submitted the order. I wanted to pay with a credit card though and so I contacted customer service and they were great to work with and took no time at all to take my payment and get my order on its way. Shipping takes a little bit but that is understandable since it is coming from so far away. I would recommend this HCG product to everyone because it really works and it does a great job at helping you not be hungry. Also, because I know that if I would have had any other problems they would have been great to work with. They really made this easier than I had expected it to be. Go ahead and give it a try it really does work!

I finally received my order correctly today, the first order was placed in November, which was damaged and the order was not complete with the correct solution to mix, as of today I finally received it. Your support employees were very helpful, this time its right. It just took a long time to receive. Thank you for your support group.

Great Product Great Savings But Poor Shipping and First Order Never Received

I have yet to actually use what I ordered but based solely on visual inspection what I received appears to be exactly what I ordered and the correct quantity.
Placing the order was a quick, non invasive and easily understood process, with or without a prescription. Simply locate what you wish to purchase using the search window, if your item is in stock it will appear on the next page in accordance to which pharmacies have the item in stock, choose which pharmacy and price you want to order it from and add the item to your cart. When you are ready to check out simply choose your payment preference and upon confirmation of payment received the site then directs you to the Medical History section where you fill out your history within I believe the last 2 years, why you have ordered that particular drug, your current weight and health status and any additional information you think may be helpful to the final approval or denial of your order. Submit and 24 hours later you have your answer.
Customer Support: Top notch and couldn't be more pleased or impressed with the staff working both the phones and chat service. They are always polite, accurate, and mindful of your privacy and security being sure to ask you specific questions to verify your identity. Also one of the few support centers to actually follow up when they say they will where as so many others will say they will get back to you but never do. Also support via both phone and live chat is available 24/7 365 days a year and rarely is there any wait time to speak of.
Problems Encountered: So called "package tracking" capabilities supplied via My Account page within their website. The FAQ's state "When tracking information is sent to you it is important to note that it may not show up in the courier's website until many days after the pharmacy has shipped your order" this is a crock of nonsense TO THOSE ORDERING FROM THE USA, YOUR PACKAGE WILL NEVER BE TRACEABLE though they will continue to tell you that once your package clears US customs it will be traceable, this is all BS. The number given you to track will only bring up "item not able to be traceable from this website" error. They need to change the info under shipping so US customers dont have a cow when their package is unable to be traced.
Shipping: Okay this is the 1 area they need to significantly improve if they wish to retain my business. I paid $41.00 total for shipping after "priority" and "discreet" options were selected and I am not convinced the extra services I added made any difference at all in the shipping/processing time of my order. Standard shipping w/o added extras is 29.99 and given that my specific order only weighted 6 OZ and was shipping in a small envelope just as any padded letter envelope is, the actual cost of shipping was about $3.85 from Singapore and shipped 11/18 but not delivered until 12/12 almost a full month later! I am sorry but $3o dollars for standard shipping I would think buys you a better turn around time than 30 days. Shipping is the one major area where they had better figure out a better solution or the competition will eat them alive. I would have been willing to pay an extra $20 for 7 days shipping or something similar to that if it were offered.

Overall: PharmacyEscrow.com is a legit company and the pharmaceuticals they sell are genuine factory sealed legitimate products no different than what you get from your local pharmacy. I can only quote the approx savings in regard to my order thus I am unable to verify that they are less expensive with other drugs, but my local pharmacy quoted me $517 for 10,000 IU ampule of HCG and it had to be special ordered. I paid $23.99 for the actual drug, but then $40 more for shipping. Whether you estimate the price paid with shipping included or not included, bottom line is I saved several hundred dollars ($430) ordering from PharmacyEscrow.com and that ain't bad.

I ordered HCG from this website after being referred by my friends on Yahoo. The PharmacyEscrow.com staff were very friendly, patient and informative about the order process and the product. I had no trouble using the website and used a credit card to pay without difficulty. The HCG I received was of great quality and even came with mixing instructions. The packaging was good and the item arrived within the time period specified by the company. If you plan to order this product, allow at least 21 days and you will have your product. I have had nothing but good experiences with both HCG Pregnyl and the PharmacyEscrow.com. ca staff and website usage. I have already recommended them to several friends and I will continue to do business with them in the future. Thanks PharmacyEscrow.com!!!!!!
