Order quality

Very clean and professional packaging. It arrived intact, product was packaged very well and not falling apart. I have ordered several times and always did the standard mailing. This last time I did the next step up in mailing but it did not seem to arrive any sooner, therefore, I recommend choosing the standard mailing method for the same superior quality.

The whole progress was very easy. Any questions I had were answered in a timely matter. I received up dated e-mails on all the information about my order from the begin till I received my order. I am very pleased and will definitely be continuing to ordering again.

Someone told me that her order took four weeks to arrive, however mine took only half that time! Very impressed with how easy it was to order and how fast I received my order.

This was my first time ordering from Pharmacy Escrow. After reading other reviews and seeing youtube videos, hcg website suggestions I decided to go with this company. You can also copy and paste the tracking information to the usps.com website for a while until they clear it to see the tracking for yourself. This was a perfect order. Timing was just what I expected for overseas. I love the registered mail. You have to sign for it so you know your going to get it. The company also gets the delivery confirmation so everyone is happy. Item was just as described and this is my first time use. What can I say, 1 week use so far and I am down 11 pounds. It works, it's great and so is Pharmacy Escrow. Scroll to the bottom know.

Excellent Customer Service.

I used the website to track the shipping progress of my order. One day when I was unable to log in, I utilized the online chat feature of the website (I talk on the phone for a living and don't care to do so on my own time. The customer service representative was quickly able to determine why I couldn't log in (I just needed to clear my cache), as well as to advise the progress of my shipment. The whole chat process took maybe 3 minutes. I'm very happy with the order and fulfillment process.

I lost a total of 36 lbs

I started the HCG diet on April 13th 2009, I did a 6 week protocol of injections and I lost a total of 36 lbs. I followed the 500 calorie a day diet effortlessly and the weight melted away. I have tried everything to lose weight and the HCG is a god send. It was actually really easy to follow and the weight loss each morning as I stepped on the scale motivated me to keep going. The benefits to this HCG diet are truly phenomenal. I noticed the fat on my body is redistributed and looks different than before. My elasticity has improved which is so great! I was always worried about sagging skin when losing weight, but I don't believe that will be an issue with this diet. What a relief!

I have been on phase 2 for 3 weeks now my weight has stabilized at about a 39 lb overall loss. I am looking forward to my next round of the the diet and injections, I plan on doing this overall 3 or 4 times total. I have had friends who have also had great successes on this diet, in terms of weight loss and energy and overall feeling of well being. I highly recommend this diet to anyone who struggles with weight loss. It will inspire, and energize you. I have quite a bit more weight to lose, but I am thrilled to get the ball rolling and get that first layer off. I feel more confident and more beautiful.

Product and Service

When i first started looking at HCG I did not want a lot of hassle ordering this product. I searched long and hard on the web looking at options. Long and behold in my search I found Pharmacy Escrow. I brought up the web page of Pharmacy Escrow and started looking at what they all offered. Search the website was extremely and painless. I found the product I was looking for and Pharmacy Escrow had ample amount of info on the product I want and a whole lot more. When I decided to place the order, i was walked step by step, which made the ordering online process painless and simple without any hassle. I was completely informed on my order. Customer service kept me up to date on the shipping of my order and supplied my with the appropriate tracking number which allowed me to follow my order. I actually received my order a couple of days earlier than anticipated, Pharmacy Escrow shipped my order immediately and the HCG was exactly as described. I received the package in excellent shape, even after going through customs. The only problem i ran into was the arrival of my HCG Kits. This was not a Pharmacy Escrow problem in reality. Pharmacy Escrow in first said they do not ship to PO Box, so when my kits arrived they were shipped to my physical address. I was out of town for a couple days during this time. I went online to check on the status of the kits and product, i was informed my kits were delivered but i did not receive anything. After a couple of days of waiting, i went to the local post office and they said the package was delivered and i was SOL. I called Pharmacy Escrow customer service and they worked with my on this situation. I do realize this is a USPS problem and my loss but not a negative effect on Pharmacy Escrow. Pharmacy Escrow said they will help out in what way they can on this situation, that is customer service and they have created a client for life. Pharmacy Escrow deserves the highest rating because of their customer service.
