Quality product, neatly packaged and on time, dropping weight as I type! Thanks! Product seems to be working like all of the reviews and the book. I am very pleased, and I cannot wait for the days to fly by to get these miserable pounds off, that 5 days at the gym and two hours a day there cannot do, Thanks!

This is my second time ordering. I ordered HCG both times. There are a lot of companies out there promoting and selling HCG, and this one is GREAT! I had no problems either time, but this time the shipping was extra fast...9 days! The emails I received to help track my order were very helpful. This kind of communication really helps to give me confidence that I am dealing with a reliable company. I will be ordering more very soon, and am looking at some other products as well. Plus, the product WORKS! It is REAL, not fake or weak like some companies sell you. Thanks so much for the great products and great service!!

First time order, but won't be the last!

When I decided to do the HCG diet, I was VERY nervous. A friend told me about Pharmacy Escrow, so I thought I would take a chance. She and her friend were very satisfied and are repeat customers, and I trust her. Well, I got confused when it came to the prescription and medical questionnaire. I contacted someone through the live chat, and it was awesome. He walked me through everything, patiently answered all my questions, and made it easy and friendly. The shipping time was making me concerned, but when I called they were very helpful in explaining where the medication was and the timing. They sent several emails, letting me know every step of the way. I found out from other people that shipping time from this company is similar, and even faster, than many others. The quality of the product is obviously very high. It works great and I will be ordering from Pharmacy Escrow again! Thank you Pharmacy Escrow for being there when I needed you!

Very happy indeed

My wife and I decided to both do the HCG diet. It was a very confusing experience and quite difficult to decide whom to go to. We wanted to do the diet just as laid out so that meant injections. After much internet search and asking a few friends we decided to take a chance on Pharmacy Escrow over other sites. We just completed the first run through and are very happy. I did the 21 day program and my wife did the 40 day program. The HCG and accessories from Pharmacy Escrow were completely satisfactory and we lost a lot of weight while feeling great. I will do one more phase and my wife will do two more. We will continue to use Pharmacy Escrow and recommend it to others. Thanks for the great prices, products and service.

I ordered the product and was reading all the comments on how fast other customers received their products and was a bit skeptical...Sure enough I did receive the product in a reasonable amount of days, and the package was received intact, no damage whatsoever and the product really works..On my first go around I have lost 10 pounds and have been able to keep it off!!!...I am going to place another order soon... :)

It is always a bit of a mystery to try different brands of the same product. There are obvious differences in packaging and product containers. I seem to be able to identify differences in the different brands. This shipment was OK and did what I hoped it would do.

VIRGIN EXPERIENCE

After a great deal of research, I decided to use your company because your website was so thorough. I appreciated the supplemental information regarding the product. It assisted with my success while on the program. Thank you very much for making that so readily available.
Since this was my first time using your company, and this was my first time doing the program on my own, I had a lot of questions. As I was placing my order, I called customer service 4 times (literally) and each time, to my surprise, the same gentleman answered the phone but he never lost patience with me and he continued to be pleasant and professional as he answer and explained various aspects of the program to me. (It is funny to me now but I wasn't sure of how much to order or how to figure it out from the measurements.) I have to say that the gentleman didn't make me feel foolish with ALL of my questions and I appreciated that aspect of his customer service.
I had no problem placing my order because the website format is so user friendly. It is simple and well organized. The product, pricing and location origin is straightforward - no guess work. I liked that because I had visited other sites and I was not as comfortable. Once I paid for the products, I received confirmation expeditiously. Ironically, the only problem was on my end. There was an issue with my credit card and, yes, I had to call customer service again (5 times now) and the same gentleman answered with the same professionalism and helpfulness. It was truly a pleasure to deal with him. It took about ten minutes to resolve the matter and throughout the entire conversation, I did not feel rushed or otherwise.
It took about two weeks for my shipment to arrive and I was becoming a bit antsy. So, I contact the Live Chat operator. This was my first time doing this also but, once again, I was pleasantly surprised. Their response was extremely prompt and with each of my questions, the necessary research was conducted and I was given accurate information. At one point, the research took longer than the operator anticipated, do you know the person actually sent me a message to let me know they were still working on the issue and apologized for the delay. I loved it! In the end, I received my product in the time frame projected by the company and in time to begin when I wanted to.
Well, I lost 36 pounds. So, I think it is safe to say that the product quality was good and pure. I lost the same amount with the coach I used prior to this round.
Without reservation, I will definitely order from your company again for my final round. I would even recommend this company for my friends that have gone to the same coach I went to.
