Poorly packaged

The first time I ordered hCG from PharmacyEscrow.com, it was poorly packaged, and the vial containing the drug arrived broken. I had neglected to read the "small print" about PharmacyEscrow.com's refund/replace policy, so I didn't know that, if I had a picture of the broken vial, PharmacyEscrow.com would replace it at no extra charge. After a brief conversation with a very friendly and helpful customer service representative, I realized my error and ordered a second vial, which arrived in perfect condition.
What I learned: bring a digital camera to the post office! (Or at least wait to open the package until I get home :-)

The help from your operator was excellent and delivery was much earlier than expected. I appreciated that fact that the HCG was packaged in such a way that it was very discreet.

Beyond Customer Service

While I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of my order, I had a couple of opportunities to do an on-line chat with a Customer Service representative.
Both times they were extremely helpful and reassured me that my order was on the way. Once the order was received, I found it to be of high quality. I have since used the product and have had the success I was looking for. Thanks again for the help and I will certainly recommend you to my friends.

Product Quality - Excellent!

I ordered the HCG Pregnyl from the Singapore Pharmacy in order to do the weight loss protocol from Dr. Simeon. This pharmacy had the most affordable price, so I decided to go for it. I had been told that I should "only" order from the European pharmacies because the quality of the HCG from other places are questionable. However, after reading the PharmacyEscrow.com standards of quality, I felt confident that any product ordered through them would be fine.
Ease of ordering: VERY EASY
Staff: Always very friendly and helpful when I called with questions. Never any bad attitudes. I always felt like I was dealing with a small pharmacy that valued its customers.
Problems: NONE
Shipping: Arrived in exactly 5 weeks as estimated, however the tracking information was useless. Product arrived in discreet packaging.
Product Quality: Excellent!
Summary: This pharmacy gets one star knocked off for the tracking information being useless, but everything else went perfectly.

Exactly what i was hoping for!

I'm very happy with my purchase! The product was 100% authentic!

The only negative was that it took a long time to ship and I was unable to track the item, but once it i got it, it was perfect!

I would purchase again

I think the quality of product sent was excellent. The time that is took to receive the product was reasonable. Also, the price of the product was reasonable.

One thing that does need a little improvement is the method of tracking. I called at least 4 times to try to track the package with the number that was given to me. However, customer service was not able to track the package accurately. And then it showed up 1 day later, meanwhile customer service did not have a record of it being in the US at that time.
