HCG Product Review

The order took a long time to get to me however with all the mix ups I was not charged the extra for shipping, due to shipping mix ups! The quality of the product was excellent! I will be ordering once again one day! THANKS!

Good experience

The only setback I had with my order, was I used a check. I would highly recommend using a credit card, the checks add an additional 1-2 weeks on to your order. They wait until the check clears before shipping. I have recently used them again and used a credit card, it shipped within 2 days. The people are extremely friendly and you are kept well informed by email about what is going on with your order. I find the products are high quality and exactly what I ordered. I highly recommend this company.

HCG Ovidac

I just received my HCG that I ordered. The only concern I have is that my items were packaged kind of unprofessionally. I guess that might not be the right word but they did not come in a sealed box with the logo and information on it like one might expect a prescription drug to come in. It was just three vials in some plain white cardboard. That makes me feel a little uncomfortable. I want to feel like the items I order are sealed and safe. Besides that everything else was excellent. I love the fact that they have a whole page dedicated to the HCG diet and it has a lot of useful information. Ordering was easy. I received emails updating me on the status of my order. I was provided a tracking number and was able to track my items on the usps website the whole time. My items arrived in the scheduled time they said they would. Overall my experience was positive and I would order from them again.

i ordered a product from this website and was somewhat dissatisfied with the amount of time my "priority processing" order took to ship. furthermore my package seemed to be stuck in hong kong for the majority of the 10-18 business days allowed for shipping. after contacting the pharmacy, however, a prompt reshipment was authorized and delivered

HCG and KIT

As far as the kit, I wish the syringes in the kit had longer needles as the mixing process was difficult. I had to tilt the ampoule sideways to get the needle in. But the glass vials, the water, everything else was perfect. I comes with absolutely everything you might need. Very convenient.

As far as the HCG, my only complaint is that it took such a long time to recieve it. But that is to be expected as it's traveling international. Otherwise, everything came packaged wonderfully.

5 HCG Order from PharmacyEscrow

This was my 5th order from PharmacyEscrow formally PharmacyEscrow.com. For the most part the order went off without a problem. This was the biggest order of HCG. Before this time I had always just order a very small amount. With the size of this order it did take a little more time to process. I did have a problem with the order being delivered due to it have to clear customs. I received this order 3 weeks after I have made my purchase.
When I did receive my order I had 3 vials that were broken. I contacted customer services, they were very friendly and had me take a picture of the broken vials and email them. Once I sent the email I received a confirmation within 2 days that a new shipment of those will vials would be on its way. I received the replacement vials within 7 days.

I placed the order on line and received excellent customer service. Within 24 hours I received a follow up call letting me know the status of my order and asking if I had any questions or concerns. I was very impressed that a free e-book on the HCG diet was also included with my order. I chose the expedited shipping and despite customs received my order within a week! The reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 was that after 2 weeks and despite being kept in the re-fridge, the HCG seemed to lose potency. Despite keeping a food diary and very carefully counting my calories and measuring all of my food I stopped losing weight. I will order again but in the 20 day supply instead of the 40.
