This is the first time ordering this product, however it seemed to be of a good quality and serve its purpose. I will order this product again. The online ordering process was easy. The escrow process was explained. I received my order in a fairly timely fashion considering all the steps ect. that are involved. No tracking was available on my order, which would have been nice, however when I did submit a question about it, Customer service answered in a timely way. I was overall satisfied with this order and product and will be ordering soon again.

Cheapest HCG, Great Quality

Price: I checked into other internet sources for HCG, and while some of them appear to be less expensive initially, when you go to check out, they charge Western Union transaction fees which make the total much more than PharmacyEscrow.com.

Website: I found it a bit tricky to navigate the website to find the HCG, but they have now solved the problem with one click on Google. If you type in PharmacyEscrow.com, it automatically comes up.

Staff:I have called PharmacyEscrow.com several times to ask questions about the product or about my order, and I have always received courteous and prompt attention to my needs.

Ship Time: I have placed three orders so far, and 2 of them arrived in about 2 1/2 weeks. The other one is still on the way, but it has only been a week.

Product Quality: The orders I have received seem to work as well as any that I could have purchased in the U.S. (and paid tons more for!)

Reliability: I have had no problems receiving my orders, however I have two friends who have had their orders refused at customs or sent to the wrong address. However, the staff was quick to send out a new order from another pharmacy or to reimburse their accounts immediately. In the case of the one sent to the wrong address, the staff was very helpful to correct the problem, but it happened a second time! Apparently the pharmacy is the one who addresses the package, and the pharmacy just couldn't get it right. So these types of things happen occasionally, and that is why I rated them a 4 instead of a 5.

Overall, I highly recommend PharmacyEscrow.com!!!

First time...

This was my first order with this company and I was a little reluctant because it is out of my country and the product came from far away...as it turned out, even though the time element was longer than I anticipated, the result was good...the product was up to standard and everything went smoothly...Thank you.

Good prices for hard to find items

I'm writing to say that I'm quite happy with the results of my order. The products arrived in a short period of time, intact and were well packaged. Considering where the product was sourced, it's acceptable to have to wait a few days/weeks for delivery. The products are not available to me domestically and the prices are better than what I've seen elsewhere online.

Not bad service

I had a little problem with my order initially. I was missing some of my order after it took 4 weeks to arrive, but I got on the phone and called customer service and they were a great help in resolving the problem. The wait time to speak to a live person was minimal. The customer service representative then reviewed my account, found the error and overnight the missing item and also credited my account for the inconvenience. They called to make sure my package arrived timely and safely. I would order from them again.

Good outcome

At first this order was sent back to the pharmacy or confiscated by customs (not in the control of Pharmacyescrow.com). I was very pleased when I inquired about my order that the staff was very accommodating and said they would reship the order at no charge. I have heard of other companies recharging for reshipping, and sometimes the product also. The one glitch was, I would have liked it if the pharmacy contacted me that it was sent back, or detained in customs. Overall I had a good experience and it was rectified quickly. I have and will continue to use this company!

This was my second order from your site. Since I had ordered before I knew more of what to expect this time. I paid the little extra monies for the priority shipping, and I was much happier with the delivery time! It was worth the little bit of money to me! I still wasn't able to use the "shipping tracking" which was a bit discouraging. But my order came much quicker this time. I have recommended your site to several of my friends and I will continue to do so. I have just received my third shipment from you today. I will continue to recommend and order from your site!

Great Product

I love the Hcg; it is potent and has an easy expiration date if I need to store it for a little while. My only beef is the length of time it takes to get it--you'd better plan on at least 6 weeks.

The order process was a little longer this time, and the product didn't infuse as much confidence as the first delivery. However, following the storming success of both the quality of the product and support of the order from the first delivery I was confident enough to complete the treatment and was not disappointed.
