Shipping time

I'm satisfied with the service. I known the international shipping can take time. Once aware of the length of time it takes I know to plan ahead for this timely process. The online live chat is a good feature to keep updated and get more detailed answers. It would be nice to have the toll free number active again as an option other than the live chat only.

First Order Mix-Up, Overall Satisfied

My first order never arrived. Each time I would inquire with kind people at "Live Chat" they did their best to search for the package. They were able to contact the pharmacy and have a new package re-mailed to me with no extra cost. The new package arrived on time. I realize this could have been due to customs - but either way, Pharmacy Escrow was terrific. I will continue to shop here and refer my friends!

Review of Last Order Process

On this last order, I used my $20 credit given from submitting a survey and processed the order, but then I realized I had forgotten to use the $10 off offer that was e-mailed to me. I wrote customer service asking if that could be applied and I never heard back and nothing was ever credited to my account. I also just missed the by 3, get one free offer on the high purity that I just bought a week prior. This was disappointing, however, I do appreciate the discounts that I do receive. It helps with the shipping cost. I wanted to order Retin A,but every time I try, the kind I need is out - 1% gel. Thank you. Jane Dow

First Time Order

I did my first round of HCG through a doctor. It was really pricey and I heard that I could get it cheaper through the internet and was suggested this site. A few friends of mine at work had all gone through a doctor and didn't feel it was worth it. Our first order we ordered together. Not knowing what I was ordering I turned to the Live Chat. They were sooo helpful in letting me know what the difference in the companies were and answering all my questions. They were also knowledgeable with my questions I had.
We received our order like they said within 18 business days and the whole time I was receiving emails on where my order was at until it shipped.
At first we were all scared to try it first and so i took the first step in testing it with a pregnancy test to see if it was good and of course it was. I hoped there were more information on mixing and why we didn't get enough water to get back on the live chat. The person again who helped me was very helpful and told me where I needed to go to find more information on the mixing.
Starting the HCG was kinda scary because I didn't now what to expect. I started to see the results and was loosing weight and was happy. My friends at work saw that it was working and started up again. We have all lost weight and all have been happy with the product that we ordered. Our first order was the 10000IU from LUPI. I'm so happy I found this site as other people who were questionable to order on line paid another $250-$300 to start up again. Some have come to me asking to order more so they don't have to pay the money. I've also introduced your site to other friends that have seen the result and wanted to order.
All in all I've had a good experience with going through Pharmacyescrow.com. Again Thank You!!

HCG Kit Ordering

Everything with this order went fairly well----with the following exceptions: (1) It is frustrating that you do not accept Discover Card. (2) This kit could easily have been shipped to my P.O. Box! Home delivery was inconvenient and unnecessary! (I understand that it is probably better to have home delivery for the actual product(?). My contact with your company was easy and quick. My questions were always answered to my satisfaction. My products arrived in a timely manner. My order was for "Pregnyl" and my product is labeled "Provigil"----? I'll call you about this! Hope to do business with you again. Thank you.

Great product

I have taken several rounds of HCG purchased at Pharmacyescrow.com and it works great. I have not lost 37 pounds and have been off the injections for 2 months now and have kept the weight off.

I have used your service several times and this last shipment was very very timely.I received this order in two weeks...wow!!!!! The product is of good quality and I will continue to use your service. Only draw back is that I also seem to bruise easily while on product. Well I used your service for the 1st time, and I was very happy with the services except for the delivery time, but i was always assured that no matter what I would be taken care of by your staff that was always available live via chat which I thought was great customer service!!
