customer service is excellent

My order was shipped in two boxes that came at different times. I was confused when I only received one half of my order and I contacted customer service via live chat. My customer service representative was so helpful and friendly. He assured me he would contact the pharmacy that sent out my order and would get back to me within 24 hours. He did, in fact, e-mail me and let me know that my shipment was mailed in two different boxes. If I did not receive it I was to contact them again. It did seem that it took a very long time to receive the second box but my experience with customer service was great.

All products were well packed for transport. The products were all in their original packaging assuring me they were legitimate. The delivery service took a little less time than the estimate. Great service overall.

Ordering my next shipment

It was the first time I had ordered anything from a drug escrow company and was a bit apprehensive about the process. Would my money just disappear never to hear from them again. I was assured by others that it was safe but in todays society one never knows. I decided to call them and check it out. The staff was so helpful and reassuring.All I had to do was fill in a medical form and order my product. The price was excellent.I was very pleased that it was going so smooth. All my cautions were put at ease. The shipping time was the only thing that I would say could be better, but I do realize that they can't control customs. The product I ordered is doing exactly what it is suppose to do so it is not a stale product. I am definitely going to order from them again. The shipping is $30.00 but if you plan on ordering often you can get lifetime shipping for a very reasonable amount.

Reshipment for free!

Unfortunately this order was held at the border. But as soon as I informed PharmacyEscrow.com of the problem they immediately sent out my order again free of charge. The second order arrived extremely quickly and all items were in perfect condition.

Skeptical at first, very satisfied in the end!

I have never ordered from and online pharmacy before because I had heard too many horror stories, and I did not want to be come one of the statistics. A friend of mine recommended that I order my Orilistat from PharmacyEscrow.com. Still hesitant, I went to the website and read over the policies procedures, and reviews. These all made me just a bit more comfortable. I decided that since the cost through PharmacyEscrow.com was about 20-30% cheaper than I had been paying, it was worth the risk. After all, my friend had been a satisfied customer for a while.
Once I placed the order, I waited anxiously on the confirmation email which came in moments. I was able to log no to my account and see details of the order I had just placed.
I received an email within 48 hours telling me my payment had failed. This threw up a red flag in my mind, as I was positive I had keyed all the right information in. At that point I just knew I had been scammed. I called immediately, rather irritated, and I did not hide that at all. Even with my slack of patience and abrasive tone, the lady on the phone was more than happy to let me know what had happened. IT WAS MY MISTAKE. I had keyed in the expiration date on my card incorrectly. We got it all corrected, and I apologized for my rudeness. The customer service representative said she totally understood, and did not hold it against me.
About a week later I PharmacyEscrow.com tracking information. I was not able to check it at the time, however, once the order was in the US I was able to see status. My order arrived about 3 days earlier than I had expected, even with the credit card mishap.
Since, I have referred several colleagues to the service, and they have been pleasantly surprised as well.
Thanks PharmacyEscrow.com, for proving me wrong, and saving me money!
