After doing a couple of rounds of HCG and needing to get some more, I didn't think twice about who to go to. However, instead of placing my order online, I called in; just to see what PharmacyEscrow.com's service was like in a more personal atmosphere. The fact that their phone contact info is readily available was a huge plus for me. And they only improved on this once I called in. Their phone rep was extremely informative, helpful, and even called me back when my phone signal dropped the call. Seriously, I was wholly impressed by what a customer service oriented business they are; and this is separate from the great deals they offer as well. I am a customer for life!

Outstanding

This order came from a different country as the one I usually get. This time I was provided with a tracking number and everything. It still took a while but it had to go half-way around the world so that's par for the course.

The packaging on this order was a little different than I'm used to, but everything arrived intact and ready to go.

I'm a very satisfied customer.

after 4 weeks and still no order I contacted the company by email. The response was the next day letting me know that they would investigate. A problem had occurred and I was informed that it would be reshipped. I received a partial order. Again a quick response when I emailed them. Problems sometimes occur but I am satisfied that the problems are quickly responded too and solved. I feel heard.

Just as Promised

Everything went just as promised on the website! I got what I ordered and was charged correctly. The only criticism is that I did not realize it was going to take a month to get here from India and I was impatient. The customer service person on Live Chat was very nice and assured me nothing was amiss. I also was impatient when I ordered and caused a double billing to happen; customer service corrected my mistake the very next day. When I order again next month I know just how long it will take and that I can trust Pharmacyescrow.com!

Great product and great service.

The product was received in a timely manner and worked extremely well for me. It is great to have a great quality product that works likes it is said to work. Results were great I lost 27 pounds on my first course of injections and have maintained that loss for over 6 months. You are to be commended for providing this to someone who has tried more diets than I am old. That says a lot since I am no young chick. It works great for the young and old and for those who need to lose a few pounds like my friend or a lot like me. Thank you for being there for us.
