Outstanding Product, Poor Tracking

The ordering process was fairly easy when I placed my order on 1/16/09. I received a tracking number within 5 days (3 business days) on 1/21/09 and I was anxiously waiting to track my order, but was unable to do so during the entire time it was in transit. I contacted "Live Chat" on 2/3/09 and the helpful staff could not track the package either. The kind person said that it had only been 9 business days since the tracking number was issued and that customs would take a few extra days, perhaps extending the 10-18 day delivery estimate. To my surprise, my order arrived on 2/9/09. I was pleased that the shipping time frame was met(13 business days from tracking number assignment to arrival), yet displeased that I could not track my package to arrange for the timely purchase of other items needed (from another supplier) to accompany my order. Since I could not track my order, I had to spend $27.00 for express shipping for the other items I needed to begin the protocol with my order from PharmacyEscrow.com. Timing in this case was critical, so being able to track my order better would have been wonderful to then better coordinate the other supplies I needed.

The wait was worth it.

This was my first time ordering from PharmacyEscrow.com, and it was a pleasant, error free experience. I did have to wait a few weeks for my order, but that was only because I ordered from a pharmacy in India, and I knew that international orders would take more time to fill and deliver. Other than that, the order was exactly as I had ordered, the packaging was more than adequate (sp?)and the prices were the lowest I had been able to find.

Over the years I have used several online pharmacy's.None that I would write home about. The very first time I called PharmacyEscrow.com for information, I found the person in customer service not only friendly, but replied to me with respect and care.Several other times I needed assistance with an order,I was helped right away. I felt important to them. And that they would do everything possible to assist me in resolving my problem. And It was resolved in a prompt manner. Plus, I trust PharmacyEscrow.com's products and know that they stand behind every prescription. Over all I must give PharmacyEscrow.com an "A+". In my experience, there is not a better company to work with.

Though hesitate at first to place a order overseas for medication, I was so pleased with every aspect of your service. Initially I thought the order was taking a long time leaving the pharmacy and I was very impatient but with a quick email to you regarding its progress your prompt reply and then further notification of a delivery date reassured me greatly. It arrived a few days before your estimate which I am grateful. I am having no qualms about reordering again with you now and the product exceeded my expectations.

Placing an order from this company is very easy to follow and easy to do. Any questions can be answered by asking the person easily by asking right there online which is very helpful and protects those who may want to remain anonymous. I found the staff very helpful and efficient. I received my order with no problems and the packaging was wrapped discretely. The package came without any damage at all. I also noticed that the product was protected so no breakage would occur to the vials inside. I will continue to order my supplies from this company. Ella P.

This is the second time I ordered my HCG from PharmacyEscrow.com!! I'm very excited!! I received this order in less than two weeks!! I don't know how they got it to me so quickly!! While this is not the same brand I purchased last time, I am anxious to see the results of this product!! I have no doubt that I will see the same or better results than I did last time!! This was my first time ordering through PharmacyEscrow.com, and it was a great experience. Being new at ordering through an online pharmacy, I had many questions and concerns. Where would my drug be coming from? What type of bottle/packaging? How quickly will it arrive? I saw that you are able to chat with a representative online, so I did just that. After chatting online with a representative, I had every question answered. And the wonderful thing about PharmacyEscrow.com's site is I could save the chats with the representative, by emailing them to myself. Now I can reference them later if I need to.
PharmacyEscrow.com has great customer support, and anytime during your order process they are available to answer your questions and concerns. As I was waiting for my HCG Pregnyl to arrive, it was taking longer than the priority order should have, and I logged on and chatted again with a representative. They were very helpful, and went so far as to credit my account for the priority amount I paid. They noticed that because I was part of a specific yahoo group, that should have been done, so they are willing to correct and credit your account.
My package arrived in good condition, and was just as I ordered. I will order through this company again, because they are helpful, available, and offer great deals for returning customers.
I also want to note that they care so much about providing quality customer care that they have joined the Yahoo group and have been chatting with members on the message boards to resolve and problems. I think that shows their integrity and care for the customer, and makes me feel confident in shopping with them again.
You can trust PharmacyEscrow.com to provide you with quality products, and available customer service to answer any questions or problems you have. They are willing to correct any mistakes on their part. It's been a great experience ordering through them, and I recommend them to my friends.

Sometimes you are hesitant to order from a new place, the order process here was the most easy order placement, I had absolutely no problem getting my order in the time frame that the site said I would receive it.
