Just as promised

I ordered the product and received it just as the website stated I would, within the allotted time frame, for a reasonable price. The website was easy to use and very customer friendly.

Credit Card Processing

When I placed this particular order my credit card would not go through for some reason. I immediately called the 800 number to check on the problem. Not only did the customer service agent explain what went wrong, the agent also corrected the error & the credit card processed immediately & my order status was up to snuff & processing as it should. This whole transaction only took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I wasn't transferred to another agent numerous times, nor was I placed on hold for a long period of time. It was a pleasant experience & my products arrived a week sooner than I expected. Again PharmacyEscrow.com came through with flying colors!

My order was processed quickly, and it arrived as promised. I have to say, I was a bit nervous about ordering, but I didn't need to be. pharmacyescrow.com handles everything quickly, professionally and discreetly. I highly recommend them!

Slow order

When i ordered this i was expecting to receive it in about 4 weeks. For some reason i was unable to ever get a tracking number on it. It showed up at my post office a couple of weeks later. I never was able to track the order

This was my second order. Because of the quantity of this order it had to be sent in 2 shipments. After I received the first half of the order I was sent an e mail that said the order was complete. I called customer service and explained that I was still owed the remaining half of my order and they took care of this right away with no problems or further mistakes. I am very satisfied with your customer service in all ways and refer your company to my friends and patients often.

Website was very easy to navigate and place order. I then received e-mails every step of the way in letting me know what was transpiring with my order until it shipped which was surprisingly only a couple of days. After the order shipped there was no tracking # provided so I called to inquire why. The customer service was prompt and informative and gave me the answers I needed while assuring me that if I did not receive the order in a timely manner to call them back and they would re-ship at no cost to me. Needless to say everything arrived in a timely manner and is 100% authentic with original packaging. I will be placing another order in the next week or so.

After trying several other places to place orders I was very disappointed with the customer service and delivery times that were stated and orders placed that were never filled. Finally found the Pharmacyescrow.com website. I was able to order easily and received my prescription within the time that was indicated.

The whole process was very simple and I have recommended this service to many other friends and colleagues.
