Pretty Impressed

I researched HCG for weeks and heard about pharmacyescrow.com and got online to place my order. I had to talk to someone on the live chat a few times b/c they don't take Mastercard, which is all I had and I was a little upset I had to do a Western Union Transfer that cost me more money. But, I ordered it and paid the Western Transfer on 10/19/09, it was shipped on 10/23/09 and I received the product 11/6/09. I received multiple emails with updates on my shipping and I was able to track it through USPS. So, after the initial hiccup of payment, I got my order quicker than I expected since it was coming from Singapore and I'm happy with the experience. I'll definitely use them again!!

I did not have a good experience with your company this time, not only did my order take over a month to get to me the customer service I received was not acceptable to me. I have never had a problem with your company before and used to brag about you to my diet group, now I don't. I spoke to live chat when it became obvious that something was wrong with my order, what a joke that was. The man I spoke with was of no help at all and he told me he would upgrade the order when I had already paid for it. He said he would credit my account for my inconvenience and didn't. I paid for discreet packaging and received a package with "HCG" listed on the customs ticket and the front of the package said the brand and amount, whats discreet about that? I can no longer recommend your company if this is how your customer service is. The other company that my diet group uses is delivered in 5 business days not over a month.

Very Good Easy Service

This is the second time I have ordered from pharmacyescrow.com. The process was quite simple this time since they had much of my info already stored in there data base. I was able to accomplish the process online and did not have to make any calls and talk to anybody. The medical review form just need to be updated but I did not have to make any changes. That was nice that I did not have to fill out a whole other form. They claim that it can take up to 6wks to receive the product, but this time it was only about 4wks. I definitely will be ordering from pharmacyescrow.com the next time I am need any product. I have also recommended pharmacyescrow.com to many of my friends that are interested in using this same product for loosing weight. The quality of the product is very good and does work like it is suppose to.

This was my first time ordering with pharmacy escrow. The whole process went smoothly, even through their changes with the new shipments in Singapore. They gave me a free gift with my order which was VERY helpful and much needed. In all, I enjoyed my experience with Pharmacyescrow and will continue to come back and recommend to all my friends!

GREAT price, works as expected

Pros:
* GREAT price
* Effective, I felt a difference when I missed my bi-weekly shot
Cons:
* Shipping from out-of-the U.S. takes time, so order ahead
* Vials are glass snap, you break the tube so watch out for those shards
* It was not immediately apparent from the description that I'd need a mixing kit to divide the dosage into multiple days' worth of shots
WILL PURCHASE THIS AGAIN!!

HIGH QUALITY

THIS NEW BRAND OF HCG WAS MUCH STRONGER AND MADE IT EASIER TO DO THE DIET. I HAD MORE ENERGY AND NEVER FELT THE LEAST BIT HUNGRY. I ALSO HAD AN OVER ALL STRONG FEELING DURING THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS ON THE DIET. AS ALWAYS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ORDERING.

I received a great customer service. I was updated via e-mail and by phone regarding the shipping. I received the product on delivery date expected. I was not contacted for soliciting service or products. I did not encountered any problem on payments. The customer service is always available and they are polite!

Love the new High Purity HCG!

I've tried a few HCG products and the new High Purity is the best HCG I have ever used. I've lost weight on all the HCG products that I've ordered through this pharmacy, but I lost more weight using the high purity HCG and so I highly recommended this product. If you have used HCG from this website and have tried one you like better than the High Purity HCG, please write a review. The delivery time was as expected and well-packaged so the items remain intact. Thank you for high such quality items and for giving us so many choices. Keep up the good work.

Huge weight loss!

I used this product to follow Dr. Simeons weight loss protocol and lost 25 lbs. in 35 days! The package was received in appx. 10 days and all vials were intact with exp. dates far into the future in the event that I don't use them all for this round of the HCG diet. Thanks Escrow Pharmacy!
