: I have ordered HCG twice from your company and both times the price and service was outstanding. I got the product within the specified time. The first time I tried HCG was through a Dr. the cost was approx. $900 through your company, only about $80. great job!!! I highly recommend to all.

I would rate the quality of the product and the support I received as very good. I chose to do the HCG injections. The HCG kit came before the HCG, but I was aware that they were coming from 2 different places. The HCG took several weeks to receive, but I was aware that this would be the case. I did not have to ask for customer support in ordering, but I did have the help of my son who had ordered his own product previously. I also appreciated receiving the book by email that told you everything you needed to know.

I really struggled on this order!

My problem with this order was not in ordering the product, but in receiving it. The HCG had to be reordered because it didn't come and I had problems being able to track it with the tracking information that I had received. I chatted on the live chat several times and got very little help in answering my questions. They just kept apologizing, but didn't seem to have a solution to the problem. I finally got them to reorder for me and it finally came. I had originally upgraded to the express shipping, but that turned out to be a joke. The customer service rep, kept telling me that they have no control over the time frame of when you will receive the product. I did tell them at the time that I thought a disclaimer should be noted on your shipping time frames so customers will know that there can be extended delays in receiving the product. Especially since they would not refund the difference of the regular shipping verses the express shipping. I hope to order again with no problems. Thanks for listening!

Pharmacy Escrow makes the process so easy!

I was a little nervous about ordering from another country, because of a previous bad experience. However, Pharmacy Escrow made it very simple! They kept me informed of the location of my order every step of the way so I could track it, and it came very fast! I think it was less than two weeks to ship, and I had expected longer. Don't hesitate if you are considering ordering from these guys. They are great to work with!

Still hungry

I am not sure if it is the product, a bad batch or me, but I have been injecting with 200 (which is what my Doctor had prescribed) each afternoon (about 1230 PM) and I have never stopped feeling hungry. I ordered the 5000 mg ampoule instead of the smaller one. I later read in your E-book and elsewhere that it might lose its effectiveness after a few days to one week. I sure wish your site would have suggested purchasing the smaller ampoule and mixing it more frequently. I keep it refrigerated at all times. I am losing weight but it is soooo painfully hard because of the extreme hunger pangs. I don't know if I should continue or just through the rest away. I purchased 5 ampoules a total of $246.00!! I am a bit disappointed and very confused as to why the hunger is still there.
The product did arrive very promptly. I was pleasantly surprised at that. Your site is well written and easy to navigate. I don't like your odd passwords and customer numbers. I would prefer to select my own password and my customer ID should be my name or something memorable. thanks for the service you provide at a reasonable cost!

Courteous service, fast shipping and no surprises

As a repeat customer since 2007, I have come to expect a service level that exceeded my expectations. Needless to say, customer service has once again managed to exceed my expectations. I had trouble placing my order online due to a pop-up blocker on my computer. I called customer service for support and my order was placed in a matter of minutes.
