I chose Pharmacy Escrow after numerous written and verbal recommendations. After my experience, I believe that they are up to their reputation of quality products with excellent customer service. I had numerous questions regarding the shipping of my order and their prompt response to my questions was greatly appreciated. I would definitely use Pharmacy Escrow again!

Satisfaction Survey HCG product

When I first ordered the HCG shot online it was a little confusing because there as so many different HCG you can choose from. I didn't understand the difference between them. I called the customer service line and they help me choose the right HCG for me. I went back online and decided to order 3 vials, when I placed the order my computer lost connection so i was not sure if my payment went through. I signed on the next day and went straight to my order history and it advised me that my order was not complete because of the payment not being made. Looking into it further I noticed if I ordered more vials it is cheaper. I didn't know how to go and change my order, So i decided to use the online chat to ask for help. Nancy the representative was very helpful she canceled my order for me and advised me what to do and she stayed online chat until I completed and corrected my order. In my order there was a option of FED EX express 48-72 received for 41.99 I added the express to my order. Online this gives you an option to track your order. few days went by and I was a little confused on how to track my order so I used the Online chat again and I think it was a gentleman that helped me this time. He advised me that my there was a little delay in my order and explained the delay, unfortunately my order couldn't be expressed due to a volcano eruption in Iceland so all the air flights were down so this had to be shipped by ground and that my account was credited back $15 and explained where to go on the website to see my credit to my account. The shipment changed to 10-18 days. I was a little sad but it was something the company could not control. I received my package within 10 days which was quicker than I expected. My whole experience in ordering this product for the first time was easier than i thought. Having the option to chat online with a representative instead of calling in a waiting for a rep was the best feature. They are very helpful and answered my questions and stayed online until I was satisfied. I will definitely recommend this website for anyone interested. I felt really good about ordering online from pharmacy Escrow. THANK YOU ... I will order again.

It's legit!

I rarely ever write a review but i feel that this company has done an outstanding job with their communication right from the start. Received updates on order placement, doctor's involvement, order shipment, my knowing with their tracking info where my product was and when exactly I would receive it was extremely helpful. In fact, my local post office didn't give me my registered notice slip and so I had to go down and tell them I was sure my product was there and after they searched in a couple of bins they were able to find it. Had it not been for pharmacy escrows updates I wouldn't have known this. Now the best part. The Product is Real. I am doing the hcg diet and getting results Fast! I have seen all over the Internet about poor quality hcg and I assure you Pharmacy Escrow is not a supplier of such. I will tell my friends/family about them and assure them they can order with confidence! Happy Hcg Diet to us all!

HCG and mixing kit

Pharmacy Escrow has provided great and thorough service. I ordered over the phone and the customer service person was very friendly and helpful. I was advised of the e-book and told about the services offered. The updates and tracking information is excellent because you are notified and kept informed until the product is delivered. The website offers a lot of information related to the HCG diet which is extremely helpful and informative. All questions were answered and the associate was helpful. At one point during the ordering process our call was cut off and the customer service rep actually called me back to complete the order. I would highly recommend Pharmacy Escrow to my friends and family and am changing all of my regular prescriptions. Thanks for all the help!!!

HCG PREGNYL

I've used this product three times and have had much success losing weight with the HCG diet and HCG Pregnyl. It was crazy but I didn't steer away from the diet once, so in my mind it was a reliable source for HCG.

I find the whole process of ordering from Pharmacy Escrow very easy and usually without complications. Although this time I had problems processing my payment and the order went to the wrong delivery address. Even though this was a challenge, I still find that should I need help the Live Chat is invaluable, and should you encounter problems, make use of this facility, you will find someone very helpful on the other end of the line.

Best Decision

Once I made the decision & commitment to start the HCG diet,(PE) pharmacyescrow.com came highly recommended by friends who had previously purchased from them. I was a little skeptical to order prescription medication from a foreign country, but after research & conversations, the only real worry was "can I really eat only 500 calories for 3 weeks"!! I was impressed with the communication that PharmacyEscrow has with customers, their delivery methods and delivery time are unbelievable, to Midwest from UK, approx 1 week! Everything ordered was exactly as it was represented online..I intend to continue a 2nd round and place my next order for HCG Pregnyl. It works!! The drawback to this diet is, you're NOT hungry, you just WANT to eat,with all the advertisements on TV for pizza, McDonald's, candies etc.

Ordering online was very easy. There was a problem with my credit card processing the order, due to it being a foreign purchase. Pharmacy Escrow did an excellent job in letting me know about the problem and the steps to resolve the issue quickly. Once the credit card issue was resolved, the medicine was sent within 2-3 days. It was fantastic.
