Excellent Service! Don't hesitate to place your order

At first I was skeptical as I had not ordered medication online previously. My concerns were the same as placing any online order, however, but my worries were not warranted. This was the most positive experience I have ever had with any order!

When I went online to order, I realized I had a question to ask; I called the customer service number listed, got connected right away and spoke with a very knowledgeable and pleasant fellow. He answered my question with ease, and put my fears at rest.

My order was processed promptly, and I received shipping notification within a few days. I followed up after a few days with an online live "chat' to check the status of my order. Again, a very courteous representative responded immediately. She confirmed my order had been shipped, and told me to check back in a few days for further information, such as if it had passed through U.S. Customs, etc. I did as she instructed, again, a response to my "chat" immediately!

The order arrived when expected well within the alloted days they specified.

I would recommend ordering from them without any hesitation! I have already referred several friends to them, and in fact, I am already planing to place another order right away.

You won't regret your experience, and the money you save by ordering from them is astonishing!

great product

The Pregnyl 5000 IU ampoules are easy to open and easy to use.
The people who take the order MUST HAVE ENGLISH LESSONS.
PLEASE teach these folks to speak better English.
When dealing with some of your representatives it’s almost impossible to understand them.
There have been times I had to hang up and call back to see if I could get someone else on the phone.
It would be extremely helpful if they would “listen” and allow the caller to finish their sentence before talking over them.
This happens a lot.
I order frequently and despise the idea of having to call because of these issues.
The products are great.
The service needs some attention and work.
The one thing I can say is most of the people I have dealt with have been curtious and they do try to help resolve the issue.

Quality of Order

I would have given the support a 5 if it was based soley on person-to-person contact. I felt the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable when I could get a live customer service representative. I gave you a 4, however because it was very difficult to get through to a live person. On many occasions when I called to check the status of my order or if I had a question, I was put on hold and held for more than 20 minutes. Then I was kicked out of the queue and sent by your system to a recording to leave a voice message. I did, however appreciate the friendly and professional manner that I was treated with when I did have someone on the other end of the line.

First time customer, awesome product.

This was my first order with Pharmacyescrow.com and was really leary of ordering something through an overseas pharmacy. I took the chance and was pleasntly surprised with the whole process. I placed my order the middle of November and I recieved it exactly within the number of business day that the web site stated. Shortly after receiving the product I started using the HCG perscription and was delighted with the results. I lost over 20 pounds within a month. My sister also has used the HCG but through a USA company and it cost her around $500.00 for the same thing that I only paid $60.00 for. I have already place my second ordered through Pharmacyescrow.com

Great Quality

I use HCg for weight loss after doing my first round through a medical facility and paying 1200 dollars for it, I was adamant about finding a cheaper way to do this. I was then told of PharmacyEscrow.com. I went to the site and found what I needed it was a simple process fill out a questionnaire and order. I had a little run in with my bank not wanting to pay internationally but was able to get around it with a visa. My only complaints are you should accept MasterCard and the length of time it takes to get to me, though that may not be fixable. Thank you for the cheap way to be able to offer a excellent quality product.

Quality

The product came packaged exactly as I would expect from a Pharmacy. It was new, sealed, and in the original box from the pharmaceutical company. It was mailed in a discreet envelop that had no information which revealed the contents.

The only problem I saw was with the use of an envelop for packaging instead of a box. The prescription box was slightly smashed upon opening the package, due to shipping. However, it did not affect the prescription. The hormone came in a pre-loaded syringe made of glass, which could have been damaged if the envelop had received furthur mishandling during shipping.

The listing of this product on the website was confusing, as it said it would come in a flacon. I was unfamiliar with that word and unable to find a definition that made sense. I purchased additional syringes, as I was expecting a container to arrive, not a syringe. Also, the amount of the prescription was much less than I was expecting. The IU's were correct, but there was no indication of an mL amount. A picture of the product would be helpful.

The instructions were in a foreign language I didn't recognize, but I was able to Google the product to find video instructions on usage.
