Wonderful customer service!!!!

I have been buying hcg from you for close to a year and have never had any kind of problem with your customer service or how long it takes to receive the product. I have recommended you to some of my friends and relatives and hopefully from the great results that I have had they will be writing good reviews for you also. Great Job Again-Only One Glitch

I have ordered from this service many, many times and I am happy to say they ARE reliable !!! So those of you out there who are worried, this is NOT a canned spiel about how well they do, this is for real.
I have ordered HCG several times over a year period. The first time was the only scary one because my order got lost through customs I guess and I had to wait about 6 weeks to get it which was a REAL drag. Plus since it was the first time I was scared that the site was a rip off ! But I did find this really cool girl who worked there named Tanya who took my concerns seriously and found out what had happened and sent me a new order free of charge. So ya it took a while, but they did stand behind their guarantee.
Now after that, I did order numerous times and all orders went through without a glitch. It took anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks. So make sure you order 3 weeks out. But the order came every, every time.
I did have a little trouble paying for it; sometimes it would not take my Visa and I had to speak to them on the phone which was a nightmare because their English is bad. So always talk on the Live chat they offer because that works swell !
This time there was one small glitch. They give you a tracking number you know via registered mail through the US post office so you can see where your package is. Well this time they gave me their Internal tracking number and did not give me the RA number until almost the package was delivered. I got on live chat and told them their error and I did get the right tracking number but it was very late. You usually get it within about 3 days. So if you have any problem whatsoever with this company, GET ON the live chat right away and they WILL take care of it.
I have several friends now who order from them and we all trust them. The only other draw back is you have to pay an extra 5 bux these days for a doctor prescription that you didn't used to have to. But I guess we can all afford 5 bucks from a company we can trust and know will deliver.

Straighforward, Easy, Great Results...Order Again

This was my 1st order. And my 1st time using HCG. The website was sooooo informative and really helped me understand exactly what I needed to order. I placed my order. Instructions were clear. I really appreciated how the delivery time lines were clarified. Since I was ordering one 1 item from the US and 1 from overseas, my confirmation clearly explained when I would receive both. Both items arrived in the time specified in nicely packaged envelopes. I like how the website continually updates you on the where your order is in the process.
I spoke to one of the agents when I had a question about shipping variations and they were very helpful and pleasant. All the items arrived in perfect condition.
I plan on ordering my next dosages from the PharmacyEscrow.com and have turned a few friends onto this site. It's so easy!!

Three orders perfect timing

I ordered this a little late and had wanted to start dieting by Jan 1st. Then I realized it was the holiday shipping season and thought I would surely have to wait but think again. It magically came before the end of the year. Just as magically the weight comes off. Thanks for all you do for your customers. I really love looking in the mirror now. From size 16 to size 6 without exercise--- Hcg is the only way to diet and the products you send are first rate.

Fantastic sucess!!

I have so wanted to lose weight and HCG is the key. It has unlocked a new me and has helped a number of my friends. The folks at PE are great and they have always gotten my order out as quickly as humanly possible. It comes in small separate shipments which are never questioned and arrive in perfect shape. They always arrive within two weeks--how do you guys do it????

One of the BEST companies that I have ever ordered

When I first began researching HCG and buying online I was overwhelmed by all the different websites that there were. Luckily I happened upon PharmacyEscrow.com. The website was so easy to navigate and I found exactly what I was looking for. I was a little nervous ordering from overseas, but the PharmacyEscrow staff was with me every step of the way. I ordered my HCG and HCG supply kit and I received several update emails through the whole process. I had a little problem with my credit card but one of the friendly staff called me and we got it worked out quickly and easily. I ordered my HCG supply kit and HCG on Jan 5th and I received the HCG supply kit (from Florida) on Jan 8th. Talk about fast!! I knew it would take a little longer for my HCG to arrive as it was shipped from Singapore. Imagine my surprise when I received it Jan 20th! 15 days was all it took to get to me in the states! WOW I was so happy! The quality of the HCG and the HCG supplies can't be beat. I would definitely order from PharmacyEscrow again and I have told all my friends that before they waste time looking on the internet like I did, they should just go to PharmacyEscrow.com and order. I don't think that the prices can be beat or the quality!

HCG

This is outstanding. I was paying $100 a WEEK the first time I did the HCG diet. Now, I pay around $40 for the entire three week cycle. I paid for the Free Shipping for Life and I'm saving even more, and I'm almost to my goal weight. You GOTTA love this site!
We've had absolutely no problem with quality, which I have to admit was a concern. But this is the same product we got before for less than 1/6th the price.

HCG Injection Order

I ordered the HCG Pregnyl on January 4th 2010. When I put my order in I didn't fully complete my Medical HX so when I placed the order it wasn't able to be authorized right away. I immediately was able to get online with an operator who walked me through each step. I was able to go back and fill out my medical history and the operator was able to take my credit card again over our chat and the order was processed. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful the operator was. The operator explained to me the process in placing an order like this and the different steps that had to be taken prior to my package being shipped. The process was first for a physician to look over my medical history and he would have to approve the HCG Pregnyl for me. The operator explained to me that this could take up to 2 days. It would then be sent to the pharmacy which could take anywhere from 2-4 days. Once it was mailed it would then have to go through customs which he explained could take anywhere from 3-5 days. He said to expect my package in anywhere from 18-21 days. I was very pleased when I received my package only 12 days later.
While waiting for my order I received several emails telling me what the status of my order was and when it would be shipped to me. I was also able to log in to my account on pharmacyescrow.com and I had access to my order as well as the status of it. When I first logged into my account I had forgotten my user ID and so I had emailed pharmacyescrow.com. They had emailed me back the very next day and let me know how to access my account.
I am very pleased with the product as well as pharmacy escrow. I will definitely order from them again.

successful reorder

I am now feeling very confident to order hcg from this company. Both experiences I have had were excellent. It is different from process in the US but the bottom line is you will receive a good product for a good price in a safe manor.

Was very apprehensive about ordering overseas but process was simple, it did take some time but product arrived as advertised and medication worked just like the expensive brand name product I had purchased at the doctors office.
