Try HCG!

I was nervous to try the HCG Pregnyl, but found the ordering process through PharmacyEscrow.com to very easy. I was amazed at the number of options available to me. It is very important to me to have choices, and PharmacyEscrow.com comes through with a wide variety of pharmacy locations, dosages, "bulk" packages, and pricing. After I placed my order there was a question about just how the charges would be reflected on my account. I called customer service and they were able to answer my question immediately, knowledgeably, and cheerfully. The young lady I spoke with did an outstanding job. I wasn't quite prepared for how long it would take to get the HCG. As a result, I suggest you order several weeks ahead of when you will actually need the product. Give yourself time and save some frustration. When the product arrived it was exactly as described. I would have appreciated the chance to purchase or have included in my order a vial of sterile water for mixing. I had to find that locally, and it wasn't as easy as I'd hoped. But it did work out. I've lost several pounds with this product. I am ordering more today!

HCG Pregnyl

I have only been using the product for two weeks. I can see a difference and waiting to see more. It took about three weeks to arrive at my home. I would go online to the Live Chat area and ask questions the staff is very friendly. Before I decided to order a Representative on the live chat sent me more information through email and that help me to go ahead and order. I spoke with one Rep on the phone as well. It was the same as the online Chat. There was not a long wait to chat or on the phone. That is a big plus. I also like that they are always available. I would definitely order again.

My first order and was I nervous

Having never ordered from PharmacyEscrow.com before, I was nervous about the quality of the meds and whether I would receive them at all. It turns out there was no need to worry. Things showed up when they were supposed to, were the right stuff, and there were no quality control issues.

Answered my questions in a timely manner. I received products when anticipated. The products arrived undamaged and discreetly packaged. I cannot say this about other companies I have used. Some of the products I paid for from them, I never received.

Poor quality HCG, good order turn around

Im reviewing this order mainly for my experience with the company. My opinion about the product remains the same after a second cycle on this brand. I won't be purchasing this brand after this. I thought I'd give it another shot, but the quality is poor. OK on this order, my first shipment for lost, after a few weeks I called PharmacyEscrow.coma and they were very professional at handling it. The first package got seized by customs, they promptly sent me a new order and issued me a partial credit. I was very happy about that. The replacement shipment arrived promptly.

The site was very easy to navigate, as was my order placement. I contacted customer service many times throughout the processing of my shipment. The representatives were very friendly and knowledgeable, and if they weren't sure of an answer, they would respectfully place me on hold to get proper information. The only somewhat negative experience I had was that I had a difficult time understanding the person on the telephone as she had a thick French accent. But, I am from the south (USA) so I may have been difficult to understand as well. The package arrived in good time though, and was exactly what I had ordered. While the prescription cost in the states might have been more inexpensive than the website, the doctor's bills I would have had to pay to get the prescription would not have been. Thanks for the service.

Excellent service, and a great product

The products were well documented on the site, making it simple to find what I was looking for. I particularly appreciated the ability to compare not just name brand and generic versions of the drugs, but also being able to choose which pharmacy would fill the order.

The products I received were exactly what I was expecting - well packaged, complete. Quality products.

The only issue I had was that I received tracking information for the order and yet for days the tracking information wasn't showing up on the shipping company tracking site. Since this was my first order , I was a little nervous and uncertain, and when this happened, I got worried - I wasn't sure if there was a problem with the order, or if something had happened to the shipped items.

A quick email to the company was answered within 24 hours, and my questions were answered. The shipments were updated in the shipping company sites, and I was able to track my shipment with no problem.

Everything came discretely and well-packaged.

All in all I consider this an excellent service and I will be using PharmacyEscrow.com again.

Ease of ordering and tracking

I was able to easily track this order which came on time as promised.
The packaging was discrete and the contents were well packed so there was no damage.
The web site is user friendly and complete.

First time experience ordering Pregyl through PharmacyEscrow.com

While it took 10 weeks to receive my first order from PharmacyEscrow.com I do not fault this company for the excessive length of time it took. Difficulty getting through Customs was the reason I was given when I contacted PharmacyEscrow.com. I called the company twice and each time I was treated with respect and courtesy. The first shipment was confiscated by Customs. My order was then reshipped with different packaging. Bingo! The second attempt successfully arrived in great condition exactly when PharmacyEscrow.com said it would. I admire their persistence and professionalism.
