hcg diet

I wanted to say that my satisfaction level in ordering was excellent. They customer help on the phone was so helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions. This was my second time in ordering. I changed the product from the break off vials to the rubber stop ones. They only trouble that I had was in equalizing the vial, I did shot out some the liquid. The shipping times given were exact and I did used priority shipping. Also, the diet is great.

Faster than I expected!

Ordering was a breeze! I had a question about multiple emails that I had received, and used the live chat customer service. I loved that feature! The staff was super helpful. I was trying very hard to wait patiently for my shipment to arrive, and kept calling to see where it was. The customer service people were very patient, helpful and courteous. However, if you are in a hurry, use the expedited shipment option!! Shipping times can be very long when waiting for overseas post office mail!!

Broken but replacement offered

I am happy with the service and upon receiving three broken vials, they offered to replace, but needed to take pics. Be sure to act accordingly when your order arrives if any damage and photograph and call immediately.

This was our second time ordering. I was a little disappointed at the payment options, as I was all set to use an e-check when I was told it was not working and would not be available for ten days. It was inconvenient to choose another payment option when I had the check info. right in front of me. I hope the next time e-check will be available. Once the order was placed it was a smooth transaction.

So far I'm Happy...

My results with the product HCG Pregnyl have been positive. I have lost about 25 lbs and I am still continuing my diet as we speak. I will be ordering again when I am ready to get my refill. I am glad I was able to purchase a 3 month supply at one time. This was my first time ordering and it was frustrating not understanding all the order time frames but I have been Happy and I will be ordering again.

Very very easy...

I am a nurse, so of course I was a bit skeptical of an online pharmacy. After ordering the hcg online, I was surprised at how easy it was. I would have like more information online about the specific medication differences, but other than that it was great. Shipping was average, not too long. I received my product and none of the vials were broken. The product had lot numbers and even instructions. I was very happy with the results of the hcg and have even re-ordered from this website!

good customer service, awesome prices and good shipping

I placed my order for hcg Feb 1 and paid a the little bit extra to expedite the shipping so I could get started faster! I've done alot of research where to by quality hcg at a reasonable price with fast shipping. You cannot beat the price for hcg they offer here!! My order confirmation was super fast, and I got a confirmation that my order had been shipped out on Feb 5. After 20 days I contact the live chat, (which is an awesome feature I wish EVERY company had!). I was told to I would have to wait 26 business days before they would send out another order. The other thing is the expedited shipping just means its pushed to the front of the line in the pharmacy, not actually in shipping. You are also not able to track the package because of customs, I wish I would have known that before placing the order. Apparently, on your order confirmation, the approximate time of delivery is supposed to be changed from 7-14 business days to 14-26 business days. On day 26 I talked to a representative who said they would look into the issue, I would hear from them within 24 hours. That night I received an email saying they would be shipping out a 2nd order. I finally received my order April 13th. Although the shipping left much to be desired, the customer service and the shipment of the replacement order was awesome. I really appreciate the customer service, considering even though I was aggravated, they were always positive and very helpful doing everything they possible could to help me out. I will order again, the prices and customer service cannot be beat anywhere on the web, and in some places even clinics and pharmacies!!
