Highest Quality

I was very pleased with how the product was packaged, and that it was easy to mix and use. The packaging kept the product in a sanitary place, and made it impossible for contamination.

Great Service, but wish getting the product was faster!

I used PharmacyEscrow.com to order Hcg Pregnyl for the first time in December 2007. The order was easy to place and everything went really smooth. I received my order about 30 days after placing the order and other than having to wait for the product to come from a different country (it just takes time) I was VERY pleased with the service I received AND the product. First Time Customer

I received order from Indian pharmacy within 14 days as promised. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 is that customer service is not helpful when trying to track product. When I finally received the tracking number it was useless. when I placed calls to Customer service, they repeatedly told me that the reason I couldn't track my order was because it had not reached the U S yet. when in fact my order obviously had to be in the US because I received a notification from the post office that my package from India was being held since I was not home to receive it.
Although I was annoyed at not knowing where my package was, I did receive it in the time frame promised.

I lost the weight I wanted to lose. I especially liked the rubber stopped vial instead of the vials with the glass top that has to be broken. Easy to use

Reliable, efficient and proactive. Three words that I can rely on when I order from this company. When you take your hard earned money to send to an unknown entity you want to know that they are going to stand by their service descriptions, product reliability and provide you, the customer, with a fast shipment of your product. I got all this and more from PharmacyEscrow.com. I will have no qualms about reordering my supplies or even adding new supplies to another order. It's good to know that there are still companies out there that value returning clients and work hard to keep them satisfied. Thanks for being at least one out there for us.

1st time ordering from a novice point of view

My experience with Pharmacy Escrow on my first order was very interesting. I wasn't sure what I should get. I had a good idea, but I had never ordered medication this way before. I found what I believed to be the things that I wanted, but as I put my credit card through, I couldn't quite get it to work right. So I called the number that was online. (this by the way was wonderful.. many online companies don't want you to call and it's impossible to find a number, let alone call, and someone actually answers.) The customer service representative was very friendly and I found out I had to give some medical background information. He confirmed that I had ordered what I really wanted, took my credit card number and finished processing my order. A couple of weeks later, as I was being very impatient waiting for my order to arrive, I talked online to a representative using the online chat. And they explained the time period that it takes to ship and that I could only count weekdays. Again, they answered, you weren't on hold for an eternity and they were very courteous. thank-you!!

Learning process with first order

This was the first time I had ordered a product using an escrow service. After placing my order, I was nervous about using this service and it took a few chats with several agents to understand how the products would be coming to me. All of the chat experiences were very pleasant and cordial, even very patient with me to explain the process and check on the progress of my order.
