HCG Pregnyl Order

I ordered HCG the first time in September of 2008. For some reason the order did not go through and I did not receive an e-mail notification. Finally, I went to the website and clicked on live chat. The person I chatted with could not find my order and he called me to fill out the order personally. He was very friendly and helpful. My only problem was understanding his English. I had to ask him to repeat several times. Finally, my order was placed. To avoid frustration, I advise that when you order, please allow at least a month, as many of the products come from Europe or Asia. It took over five weeks to get the product. I was afraid at first that the product would never arrive, but each time I chatted with a representative, they were patient and assuring--even though I know I showed frustration. I have no complaints about the product. The quality is very good. I would have paid five times the cost buying in the United States. Thanks!!

GOOD!

I placed my order, and within the time given, I received my packages. I did pay for discreet packaging, and when I received it, it said the meds name right on the package. That kind of bothered me. Three packages were sent, but I didn't recieve the third until 3 days later than the rest! Talk about panic!

Took 2 shipments, but customer service was every e

I placed the order on 6/7/2008, waited for 5 weeks and still hadn't received it. I contacted customer service, and got a reply very soon. Customer service representative told me he would reship my order.
In addition, the original order was for 6 ampules of HCG Pregnyl 1500 I.U, and because HCG Pregnyl 1500 I.U was on a back order, PharmacyEscrow.com sent me 6 ampules of Hucog 2000 I.U instead. Customer service was friendly and effective!
After about 2 weeks, I received the reshipment. I received 6 ampules of Hucog 2000 I.U. in excellent condition, just as what was communicated with the customer service representative.
A++!

Great product, delayed service.

I appreciate the dedication of the staff both on the phone and on the live chat. They were polite and courteous at all times and seemed genuinely intent on finding the answers to my questions. The only two criticisms I have are: 1. that my package was never tracked, so no matter how many times I entered the tracking number into the UPS site, I could never get information about where it was or when it might show up at my door, and 2. getting live support both over the phone and the live chat seemed to take a long time, whether I was on hold, or it took the responder close to three or four minutes to find my information and type an appropriate response. The product itself, HCG pregnyl, was fabulous, and worked as expected, and if needed I will most definitely order from this site again.

The shipment came faster than it ever has before. I don't know what is different in how they are handling shipping, but it took only a week to receive my shipment this time.

I had some minor problems ordering my hCG but that was because it was an international order. I contacted customer service several times from start to finish with different questions. They were always helpful. My order came a little bit sooner than I thought and it was in good condition.

Whenever you order something from out of the U.S. it is a little scary. Especially in these tough economic times. No one wants to waste their money. I had researched on-line pharmacies and had seen good things written about PharmacyEscrow.com. I decided to go to the website and check it out. From the time I logged on, I found that it was really easy to find what I wanted and the prices were really good. So I ordered. Now the waiting game. They said I should receive my order in about 2 weeks. So I waited the 2 weeks...nothing came. I was told I could track my order on line. Not true. You cannot track the order,i think that was the disappointing part. So I called and they were very helpful and told me it would be about 18 business days, after the 2-3 business days required to place the order. So we were looking at 21 to 26 days. Now that is not a problem if you are aware of that going in, and I did receive my order in 24 days. I would say overall that my experience was good. Just a communication problem. Do not think you can track your items... I will order from PharmacyEscrow.com again. Now that I know they can be trusted.
I will tell you that I have ordered from other on line companies and never saw my order.

What a great company

I received my order yesterday and 2 of the amps were broken. I contacted the company via the chat service (I love the chat service) and emailed pictures of the broken ampules to the representative. Within 1 hour I had a credit for the broken product and could place a new order and was assured I would not have to pay for shipping again. I will for sure be using this company for all my prescription needs and will make sure anyone I know who is also doing the HcG diet knows how great of a company this is! One very satisfied customer.
