The product is great, the shipping time took a month. However, this is disclosed before order is processed. No complaints otherwise.

I used this product over a 10 week time frame and was please with its results. I would order again. The product appeared to be dosed correctly as my results were typical of my use of HCG prior to this.

Yes this order was more frustrating, because I ordered on Oct. 31, 08 and didn't receive it until January 8, 09...but I must say I did have an online chat with a very kind person, who was most patient with the situation and helped with all my questions and frustration...I learned there are more advantageous times to order than on holidays...but it is nice to have the ability to speak to someone when its necessary. I do hope in the future that my orders will be less time consuming but just as reliable. Thanks

I had a lot of apprehension ordering medicine on line. But from the very first order all my fears were taken care of. The folks at PharmacyEscrow.com took a lot of time with me answering questions so that I could fully understand the process. I like the history they keep so I have my past orders at my finger tips when I log on. I have recommended PharmacyEscrow.com to several friends and know they have also used this site. I have never had a problem but if I ever do I expect the issue to be taken care of in the fast and helpful way all my other inquires have been.

I have been ordering from PharmacyEscrow.com for a year now and have been very satisfied with their service. All my orders were delivered as promised and the prices are very reasonable. I am confident in the quality of the products I order and am happy to pay the shipping charge because I know if anything happens to my order and it is not received as promised they will send out a duplicate order, no questions asked. Their customer service representatives are knowledgeable and are more than willing to help you in any way they can.

Love HCG from this manufacturer

First time I ordered HCG, lost 25lbs on the HCG diet. This brand from the recent ones deliver every expectation. I was able to follow through consistently because It didn't make me feel hungry. It's a quality product in my opinion. The seller is good, honest, and do follow up with inquiries although it could be a little slow at times. Also, I would have rated 5 but I find the delivery charges a bit too high.

it is of the exact same quality as what my doctor prescribed, except it costs significantly less! Communication with a pharmacyescrow.com rep was fast and easy, they were committed to getting me my HCG as fast and safe as they can. Shipping took a little while, but it was expected coming from India. Couldn't be any happier!

I love the fact that you have online live chat. I used it several times while tracking my order. I also spoke with a couple of people on the phone, as well, and am thrilled that your customer service agents are so available. There are only two places for improvement: One agent said he would call me back once he was able to track the status of my order, but he never did call. The second area to improve is the ability to actually track an order. At no time during the entire process was I ever able to use your tracking system. Three of my friends were never able to use the tracking system, either. I was told that an order is track-able once it makes it into the states, but it was never working for my three friends or me. I also like the fact that you have your phone number and live chat graphic on every page. That says you are concerned about providing good customer service. Some places bury the contact us information so people don't bother them, but you lead with that information. That is a very good sign. I will order from you again, and tell others about you, as well. Thank you!
