Received just what I ordered

My order was promptly received, and one item in the shipment was damaged. The customer service was first rate, and I was quickly re-shipped a replacement for the damaged item. Very happy will order again.

I ordered from this company in August. I'm very happy with the quality of product and very satisfied with customer service. The order went from overseas and I had to wait 3 weeks for the order to come. But with outstanding customer service-it was no problem! Thanks. I'll order again and keep you posting.

Changed the order

It came as expected but this time the hCG was fine. I ordered 50 mg Viagra and got 100 mg pills. I prefer the 50 mg pills though the quantity was the same.

Product finally arrived today and therefore I want to thank you for your help in getting this to me. I hope that any future orders will not have to be as hard as this one was for both of us. I appreciate the effort you made to keep me up to date as to what was happening with the order. My experience with the company certainly improved after you took over the communication instead of the previous person I had spoken to about the problems we were experiencing. 1 Ampoule broken

I received my order through the mail. Liked how it was packaged and labeled as cosmetic samples. Ordered 5 ampules and 1 ampule was broken. Waiting to see how this will be resolved. Otherwise excellent service and would have rated higher!!! Great live chat service.

This was my second order. Because of the quantity of this order it had to be sent in 2 shipments. After I received the first half of the order I was sent an e mail that said the order was complete. I called customer service and explained that I was still owed the remaining half of my order and they took care of this right away with no problems or further mistakes. I am very satisfied with your customer service in all ways and refer your company to my friends and patients often.

Good Product, But plan ahead for delivery

The product arrived as ordered and in perfect condition. But please do order all your are going to need because shipments can get stuck in customs and take MUCH longer than you count on to arrive. Some dont arrive at all and need to be reshipped. So plan ahead and order more than enough for the entire treatment.

I received exactly what I ordered and the expiration date was beyond the date i had hoped for. Ordering made perfect sense and was easy to pick out the product. The one thing that I was extremely displeased with was the fact that I could not find out what the difference between priority shipping and regular shipping was. I actually had to wait until after I had ordered and paid the extra $7.95 and spoke with an online representative to find out what the difference was and the number of days that the order would be shipped in comparison to a regular order

Wish tracking worked better for US customers

I placed a product order with PharmacyEscrow.com and was very pleased that there were no financial snags between them and my credit card company. The transaction from a financial point of view went through without a hitch.

The products I ordered arrived just as detailed and without damage.

However, I chose to pay for the expedited shipping which I believe was a waste of money. When I received my confirmation of order it included a USPS tracking number. That number, unlike a FedEx or UPS tracking, is useless until the package reaches some point in the US. For the first two weeks the order was not traceable. And based on previous info from friends using this company, paying the fee for faster shipping did me no good.
