Love HCG from this manufacturer

First time I ordered HCG, lost 25lbs on the HCG diet. This brand from the recent ones deliver every expectation. I was able to follow through consistently because It didn't make me feel hungry. It's a quality product in my opinion. The seller is good, honest, and do follow up with inquiries although it could be a little slow at times. Also, I would have rated 5 but I find the delivery charges a bit too high.

it is of the exact same quality as what my doctor prescribed, except it costs significantly less! Communication with a pharmacyescrow.com rep was fast and easy, they were committed to getting me my HCG as fast and safe as they can. Shipping took a little while, but it was expected coming from India. Couldn't be any happier!

Changed the order

It came as expected but this time the hCG was fine. I ordered 50 mg Viagra and got 100 mg pills. I prefer the 50 mg pills though the quantity was the same.

I received my order through the mail. Liked how it was packaged and labeled as cosmetic samples. Ordered 5 ampules and 1 ampule was broken. Waiting to see how this will be resolved. Otherwise excellent service and would have rated higher!!! Great live chat service.

I love the fact that you have online live chat. I used it several times while tracking my order. I also spoke with a couple of people on the phone, as well, and am thrilled that your customer service agents are so available. There are only two places for improvement: One agent said he would call me back once he was able to track the status of my order, but he never did call. The second area to improve is the ability to actually track an order. At no time during the entire process was I ever able to use your tracking system. Three of my friends were never able to use the tracking system, either. I was told that an order is track-able once it makes it into the states, but it was never working for my three friends or me. I also like the fact that you have your phone number and live chat graphic on every page. That says you are concerned about providing good customer service. Some places bury the contact us information so people don't bother them, but you lead with that information. That is a very good sign. I will order from you again, and tell others about you, as well. Thank you!

Good service

This was my second order. Because of the quantity of this order it had to be sent in 2 shipments. After I received the first half of the order I was sent an e mail that said the order was complete. I called customer service and explained that I was still owed the remaining half of my order and they took care of this right away with no problems or further mistakes. I am very satisfied with your customer service in all ways and refer your company to my friends and patients often.

Wish tracking worked better for US customers

I placed a product order with PharmacyEscrow.com and was very pleased that there were no financial snags between them and my credit card company. The transaction from a financial point of view went through without a hitch.

The products I ordered arrived just as detailed and without damage.

However, I chose to pay for the expedited shipping which I believe was a waste of money. When I received my confirmation of order it included a USPS tracking number. That number, unlike a FedEx or UPS tracking, is useless until the package reaches some point in the US. For the first two weeks the order was not traceable. And based on previous info from friends using this company, paying the fee for faster shipping did me no good.

Review of HCG Pregnyl order process

Your website is very easy to navigate and all the information was presented to comparison shop before placing the order. Once satisfied with my selection, the check-out process, as well as the medical questionnaire were simple to complete. I had no problems with completing my application/order. I did have occassion to instant chat with the staff due to the fact that my credit card did not authorize right away and I found the instant on-line chat very useful. The representative was able to make sure I was not double-charged for my order in only a few minutes, which was great, it was very convenient! I also checked the status of my order with a reprensative over the phone and also found them very helpful and quite pleasant. It took my order 17 business days to arrive, which was within the estimated time frame provided on the website. I also appreciated the email updates about the status of my order, as well as the tracking number given, once the product was shipped. However, it would have been nice if a a note was included on the tracking email which stipulated that the tracking number would not be active until the package reached and cleared customs in my country. The quality of the product was superior, I have used this product before (obtained directly from my doctor), so I do have a basis of comparison. The packaging of the product was also as expected and the packaging for shipping adequately protected the product on it's transit to me. Overall, I am quite satisfied with your service and plan to order again!
