Happy Customer

Your site was recommended to me with some information of what steps I needed to take to order. I would of had trouble navigating the site if I didn't know ahead of time this information. The site did take forever to load when I tried to log on but that doesn't seem to be an issue now. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the product was of high quality and effective. I did feel frustration because I wasn't aware when I ordered that I couldn't track the order. I wish I had known that up front. It took 18 business days to receive my order which came to just over a month counting a holiday and weekends. I wish it didn't take so long but it was worth it to know I would get safe, quality merchandise. Thank you.

Review of HCG Pregnyl order process

Your website is very easy to navigate and all the information was presented to comparison shop before placing the order. Once satisfied with my selection, the check-out process, as well as the medical questionnaire were simple to complete. I had no problems with completing my application/order. I did have occassion to instant chat with the staff due to the fact that my credit card did not authorize right away and I found the instant on-line chat very useful. The representative was able to make sure I was not double-charged for my order in only a few minutes, which was great, it was very convenient! I also checked the status of my order with a reprensative over the phone and also found them very helpful and quite pleasant. It took my order 17 business days to arrive, which was within the estimated time frame provided on the website. I also appreciated the email updates about the status of my order, as well as the tracking number given, once the product was shipped. However, it would have been nice if a a note was included on the tracking email which stipulated that the tracking number would not be active until the package reached and cleared customs in my country. The quality of the product was superior, I have used this product before (obtained directly from my doctor), so I do have a basis of comparison. The packaging of the product was also as expected and the packaging for shipping adequately protected the product on it's transit to me. Overall, I am quite satisfied with your service and plan to order again!

Everything in the shipment was exactly as it should be,but it took a few days longer to be delivered then what it was scheduled. This web pharmacy is great to do business with.They also have nice real people to ask about your order, if need be.I rated four out of five because order was a few days late. This could have due to poor postal service.

Hello, my name is Troy and I ordered HCG from the Singapore pharmacy on PharmacyEscrow.com, I received my order and everything was good but the 2 problems I had was it did take 4 or 5 weeks for me to receive my order which is a bit long and the tracking number that they provided cannot be tracked through the USPS website. All in all I did receive my order so I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Hello, I ordered HCG from the Indian pharmacy on PharmacyEscrow.com, I received my order and everything was outstanding I received my order faster than expected, I did not like that tracking number that they provided could not be tracked through the USPS website, it was packed good and all the vials were in tacked. I love the customer service PharmacyEscrow.com provided for me, they answered all my questions and were very friendly. I would order from them again and the pricing that they offered was the best I found anywhere.

It was difficult to wait so long for my order. It took weeks and weeks. When I called Customer Service they were very polite and reminded me of the shipment times. Sure enough, the order arrived at the predicted time... I was so relieved to see how discretely it arrived. The packaging was professional, yet unassuming. I truly appreciated the transaction and delivery!

Can"t wait to get started

Overall I am satisfied with my shipment. Since this was my first order I wasn't aware of the international process and was anxious to get my diet started so I was antsy about the 15 days I waited for my order to come, but it has been well worth the wait. Everything came well packaged and intact. I am very very satisfied with the service and online help received.
