This was packed well but the boxes were crushed on the corners. This could have been done in transit. It was packed securely though so there was no damage to the product.

hCG Delivery

I had a very good experience when I placed my initial order for hCG in Nov. 2008. The product was received within the time frame given (17-22 days). I received several emails keeping me apprised of the escrow process and the progress of my order as it moved through the escrow system.

Great Service,

Service good, web site easy to use and straight forward. The only difficulty is in tracking my order. Time of delivery seems to vary order to order. Overall - very happy.

good product, but SLOW

I received my product 23 business days after mailing. I understand the need for customs and such, but this was almost a month. If I had needed that medication right away, I would have been sorely disappointed. I don't know if there's anything you can do, but I think this should be an area of focus for your company.

clean, but fragile

The product was clean and sterile, and uncompromised. However, the package it was mailed in was flimsy and not enough padding was used to ensure safe delivery. Solid cases for such delicate ampules would be preferable.

My shipment actually took a bit long, and when it did I had one vial broken... Which broke my heart. Hopefully future orders will not come out like this one, but overall, thanks for the help.
