The customer service as provided by a phone call was polite. I appreciated the order tracking feature and felt the delivery time was reasonable. I will be ordering via your service again.

Slow delivery, but it did finally arrive

I've ordered this to follow the Simeons Protocol, but I've not yet started using it, so I cannot yet comment on the product quality. I can comment on delivery - it took about one month. I understood when I ordered that delivery would be slow, so this matched my expectations. What disappointed me (again) was the fact that while communications from PharmacyEscrow.com suggested that I could track the status of the order, in reality this was never possible.

it took a very long time to get the order mailed, and I did not realize at first that I needed to get my charge card cleared for international ordering. The people who helped me over the phone were very helpful, but sometimes it was hard to understand their English due to their accent.

I'm pretty happy with my order

I realize that there are limitations to ordering on-line, so I'm happy that the product arrived within 4 weeks, and that it works!
The pharmacy contacted me every step of the way, once even by phone, to let me know that the product had been shipped, which was good, because the tracking number I got for the USPS was pointless. It never did work. I see that more of an issue with the USPS though, and would advise people to pay extra to go with a more reliable shipper.
The only other thing that made ordering a challenge was that Master Card was not accepted, so I had to wait over a week for an eCheck to clear before my order could even be processed. That was very frustrating.

Minor Trouble resolved by great customer service

I had heard of PharmacyEscrow.com through a friend who had placed an order of HCG and was satisfied with the quality and service. I signed on to the website and completed my order. I paid by check instead of credit card and was surprised by the the escrow system. I was very impressed with the idea that my money would be held in escrow until I was satisfied with my order. I received several helpful emails detailing the progress of my order. A few days after placing my order I received an email indicating a problem with my online medical information. I had mistaking indicated I was suffering from high blood pressure. I was again impressed with the thorough nature of the PharmacyEscrow.com. I called several times to check on my order, each time I was treated politely and efficiently, In all the process was very effective and the experience very positive. Now that I am aware of the shipping times. I plan to re-order and have complete faith that I will have another positive experience.

I FINALLY GOT IT!

I made my first order with PharmacyEscrow.com 1/8/09, I had a bit of trouble with my Amex card to go through and I called the 800 number and spoke with two separate people who were very helpful. My order was completed and shipped 1/14/09, I was given a tracking number of SP12200801242 that never worked on the USPS website. When 2/14/09 passed, and I noticed that the tracking on the website showed my order had been complete I contacted PharmacyEscrow.com through online chat and spoke with Josh who stated he would contact the pharmacy and get back to me. I waited two days and got back on online chat and again spoke with Josh, who then said it was passed the 18 business days and reordered for me. He assured me I would receive tracking numbers, which I never received. On two more occasions I used the online chat and was assured that Josh re-ordered the HCG and it had shipped from the pharmacy. I was hoping it was and that it would make it to me. So, today 3/20/09 after three weeks I got the HCG!! I am happy that I got it and I think next time I will order from a different pharmacy. But, all in all it wasn't a horrible experience it just took a little longer than I wanted it to.

I am very pleased with the customer service that is available. I would have rated it outstanding but for some reason my order took longer than 30 business days to be delivered. After about 15 days of waiting I started to wonder and called the customer service #. I actually called 3 times over the next 15 days and each time I spoke with someone they were very helpful in looking up my information and helping me to understand the delay. I ordered another item during this 30 day period and it was delivered in half that time. I am happy that I purchased a lifetime membership because I will definitely be ordering from PharmacyEscrow.com again.
