Delivery, Service, Quality - Outstanding

I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience with PharmacyEscrow.com. The first shipment I received, although it was on time, was unfortunately damaged. One of the glass ampules was broken. I called the customer service number and was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable associate. The associate asked me a few questions about the damage. He then asked if I could send a few digital pictures to his email account to validate the damage and said a replacement shipment would be sent out right away. He also gave me his direct phone number and email address should I have any further questions or problems. As promised, my replacement shipment came in the mail in tact. I also received email communication to let me know that the shipment had been sent so I would know when to expect it in the mail. Overall, this was a very positive experience and they made the ordering process very easy and I believe much quicker than I expected when dealing with international accounts. I will definitely use PharmacyEscrow.com again and would recommend them to anyone that is curious about their reliability.

Great Service

I placed my order and within two days it was approved and the status was showing as being shipped. It took a bit longer than I expected (because I anticipated it to be super quick) but it was about 12 business days just like they told me. There also was a holiday in the mix too. I called twice to check up on the order and each time a customer service representative was polite and let me know it was definitely on the way. I just thought the whole service experience was great and I definitely will use this site again.

The live chat was very helpful. I was having some trouble tracking the order so i got on the live chat with one of your representatives and she was able to guide me through the process of tracking my order

Long wait for delivery, but worth it. Plan ahead.

Everything about ordering from PharmacyEscrow.com was as simple as possible. They will answer any questions or inquiries that you have. Very helpful and friendly staff. The time for my order to arrive was a little over what I expected or at the far end of the possible delivery time. Just need to know that it will take that long so plan well ahead before wanting to start the hCG Protocol. The shipment quality was very good, have used hCG from US clinics before, PharmacyEscrow.com is the way to go for economical reasons, I will have to get back to you about the results, as to if their hCG is as effective, cause have only used their's for 4 days now. I would recommend this site to anyone and I will use again.

A Bit slow, but they reshipped for lost package. They have a great selection and great prices on HCG.

Order quality of HCG was good

I ordered my product over the phone and found the ordering process was simple and user friendly. There were explanations given along the way as questions were asked, and my mind was at ease that the product would ship as ordered and arrive on time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shipping times were longer than I anticipated, but part of this was due to the fact that I ordered over the Christmas/New Years holidays, so that slowed down my shipment. At one point I called to make sure that the shipment was on its way, and the staff was helpful in explaining the shipping process. The order arrived in exactly one month after order. I found the quality of the drug ordered to be just as I expected, which was very good. I will use your escrow service again.

I received my order a couple of day early and I was very please to receive so quickly. I was so excited to get it because I know a couple of people who has ordered it from the company and it actually worked for them successfully. They look absolutely amazing. easy ordering

Once you figure out what you want to order based on your personal preference it is really easy. Everything is right there for you to see. Once I place my order, I received a call from the staff to answer any questions I may have had. This really surprised me, no other company has ever done this. She was very friendly, confirmed my order and asked me to call back if I had any other questions. It took 22 days for my order to arrive. I was a little disappointed after reading other reviews and theirs arrived sooner. But I was told by a friend it could take up to 4 weeks, so to that, I felt the delivery time was ok. Knowing about the delivery time I planned accordingly so this was not a problem for me. The product arrived and it is great. I plan on placing another order in the near future. So go ahead and try this company they are on top of things and will get you your product..
