Incredibly fast shipping!

I have previously purchased HCG through pharmacyEscrow.com multiple times from the Indian pharmacy, however this time I decided to try this pharmacy instead. I was amazed at how fast this item was shipped and delivered to me. Unlike the standard 4 week wait I would experience from the Indian Pharmacy, this one arrived in less than 2 weeks. The actual product appeared to be of the same quality if not better than the one I would receive from the Indian Pharmacy. The wight loss was even better than what I experienced with the Indian pharmacy brand of HCG. I was very pleased with this purchase and experience and I will definitely be purchasing this type of HCG again. I would definitely recommend it.

Order quality of HCG was good

I ordered my product over the phone and found the ordering process was simple and user friendly. There were explanations given along the way as questions were asked, and my mind was at ease that the product would ship as ordered and arrive on time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shipping times were longer than I anticipated, but part of this was due to the fact that I ordered over the Christmas/New Years holidays, so that slowed down my shipment. At one point I called to make sure that the shipment was on its way, and the staff was helpful in explaining the shipping process. The order arrived in exactly one month after order. I found the quality of the drug ordered to be just as I expected, which was very good. I will use your escrow service again.

First Time Ordering from Overseas

This was not only my first time ordering this particular product, it was also my first time utilizing a supplier outside North America (England).

My order was placed on-line 7/3/09. A few days later, a question arose which necessitated a call to the toll-free number. The service person was extremely pleasant and answered all questions effectively. This is really important for me, as good service is such a rarity these days!

After the call, my most pressing concern was how long delivery would take (the website had said 7-14 business days). That question was answered this past weekend. My package was post-marked 7/11/09 in Mumbai, India(!!) and was at my door 7/18/09.

Although a week to process the order seems a bit much, I certainly won't complain about the seven days in-transit from the other side of the world. So, overall, 15 days total from order to delivery is outstanding - there are plenty of companies in the United States who couldn't accomplish that.

Thank you for delivering what you promised!

First order jitters

The pharmacy on this order kept in constant contact and even called me confirming that my escrow had been approved and the order had been processed. When I checked on status of the order, I was provided with updates. The package was delivered directly to my door, I was very satisfied with all delivery services. The HCG delivered was in tact and exactly the strength and quantity ordered. The price of the product was less expensive compared to the other pharmacies listed.

The supply company which supplied the HCG kits was not so great at keeping me informed and it created a source of anxiety and frustration for me. The update provided to me on the US postal site only said, "The company has informed this site of a future delivery." This continued for 14 days and not knowing was frustrating for me. I contacted the on-line customer support and my anxiety was added to by a representative that wrote "please follow the 10-18 day wait time" These were not comforting words as I was being updated regularly by an out of country pharmacy, but hadn't heard a word from a company only one state away from mine.

Needless to say I was a bit wary at this point and was anxious and frustrated both with the independent company and the customer service person from pharmacyEscrow.com. My HCG kit did finally arrive on day 14 within two days of the HCG and then the US Postal Service was updated on the status of the kit as delivered.

Overall, I am satisfied with my products and pharmacyEscrow.com and will do further business with them.

Fantastic product!

I can't give enough praise to this product and method of fat removal there is no other diet on the market that can compare to the results of this diet. Removes the fat where you need it to go works like magic if you do everything you will remove 1lb of fat per day fantastic and the skin will shrink back too how awesome is that!

Happy with higher purity level

I normally purchase the hcg organon and have had great success. I tried the newly released "high purity" form of the HCG and am quite happy with it. I haven't noticed an faster weight loss, but I do notice I am significantly less hungry than previous times on the program. That reason alone is enough to recommend it! Its much easier to stick to the diet when you aren't ready to eat your shoe. I'll be ordering it again!

The customer service was excellent, both order process and follow up...was able to speak to a live person.....they were very committed to keeping any fraud from happening to both their and my accounts.
Only issue is the time it takes to receive the order even when using priority shipping.

I was impressed with the people that I talked to on the phone. They contacted me right away because I had forgotten to fill something out. My only complaint would be that I paid extra for quicker shipping and it took 6 weeks to get here instead of 2-3.
