My second order - better than the first

This was my second order with PharmacyEscrow.com. I was so impressed with the first order, the way the process was handled, the ease of the internet transaction, the speed of the delivery, and the quality of the product, that I had to order again.

Anxiously Waiting

This was my first time ordering and I was very pleased and impressed with how easy it was to order the products.
My order came from two different pharmacies; therefore, it was shipped at two different times.
I received the first part of my order without much delay: after several days went by, I was concerned as to why I had not heard anything about the second part of my shipment. I called the toll-free number for customer service to inquire about the delay; the person was very courteous and assisted me by checking on the status of my order; he reassured me that the package would be arriving soon. Even though the second package came later, it arrived in good condition.
I was so pleased with the ease of ordering and the customer service, that I plan on making another order soon.

Great results!

The product was excellently packaged and was exactly what I expected. The only possible fault was that shipping took about two weeks longer than was stated. But for this kind of reliability, I'll take longer shipping any day!

Quality of Order

I would have given the support a 5 if it was based soley on person-to-person contact. I felt the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable when I could get a live customer service representative. I gave you a 4, however because it was very difficult to get through to a live person. On many occasions when I called to check the status of my order or if I had a question, I was put on hold and held for more than 20 minutes. Then I was kicked out of the queue and sent by your system to a recording to leave a voice message. I did, however appreciate the friendly and professional manner that I was treated with when I did have someone on the other end of the line.

great company

I had a great experience with this company.
The only thing I would have changed... I would have liked to see a shipping notice with it.
I received my order in 2 separate shipments about 10 days apart. If I had not talked to someone who had ordered this before, I would have thought half my order was not coming.

Besides this little quirk, I enjoyed working with this company.

Order Satisfaction

Not sure which order it was, but they had to cancel a order then I had to reorder again. So that made the wait for it much longer. However, once it was reordered, it came. There was some delay at the border but it did make it through. I did end up having to pay rather high duty on half of my orders however, which I wasn't expecting and it is weird that it was only on some and not others. However overall I have received my order and that is why I have rated it as a 4. Thank you.

Long wait for delivery, but worth it. Plan ahead.

Everything about ordering from PharmacyEscrow.com was as simple as possible. They will answer any questions or inquiries that you have. Very helpful and friendly staff. The time for my order to arrive was a little over what I expected or at the far end of the possible delivery time. Just need to know that it will take that long so plan well ahead before wanting to start the hCG Protocol. The shipment quality was very good, have used hCG from US clinics before, PharmacyEscrow.com is the way to go for economical reasons, I will have to get back to you about the results, as to if their hCG is as effective, cause have only used their's for 4 days now. I would recommend this site to anyone and I will use again.

HCG

I have ordered HCG from each of the different pharmacies listed. They truely are the same as indicated - just packaged a little different. The outcome is still the same. Great service and good packaging. We don't use the water bottle that comes with the HCG - This could be eliminated and easier for them to package.

No Problems with Shipment

I ordered my HCG from an Indian pharmacy. The order was shipped on 2/10/09 and I received it 2/26/09. The order was accurate and I am very happy with the timing of the order. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you track it on USPS then it will not show where it is until it is actually in the US.

2nd hcg order from PharmacyEscrow.com

For this order of HCG, I chose an Indian pharmacy. My previous order consisted of HCG that came in rubber capped vials. This order consisted of vials with the snap off tops. I really like these type of vials best because it is easier to draw all of the reconstituted HCG up into the syringe. My order arrived exactly as expected, in approximately three to four weeks.
