great service again

This is my second order with this company and it went as well as the first one. I received my product intact and the shipping was relative quick. I received a tracking number and an 800 number to call with any questions and the representatives are knowledable and can answer questions promptly

The product itself was good just the shipping time
was way to long, it took over 6 weeks to recieve it. I also could not really understand the rep that was helping me, but they were friendly just
hard to understand. overall grade was good to really good.

not sure the quality was pure.

I don't know that the quality was there like it was in my last order. I could barely see the hcg through the bottle. The last order it was very visable and made me question the consistancy of this product

HCG - Great Quality!

I was so excited to start the HCG Diet so I ordered the product from PharmacyEscrow.com. I was a little disappointed because it took SO long in getting to me. (that is why I rated it a 4) The HCG came from India. And it took a whole month to get here. But when it did get here I was very happy and pleased with the product. I ordered that batch online. It was easy and convenient. But they had some medical questions to ask me so they had to call me...and I wasn't home a couple of the times. So it took at least a week for me to get the message to call them back. So that may be the reason the HCG took so long getting to me. I started the HCG diet and lost 22 lbs! I ordered again Feb 26, 2009 because I want to lose some more pounds. I ordered with the Live Chat system this time. I wanted to make sure the medical questions were taken care of at the time of order. It was still easy and convenient. Thank you PharmacyEscrow.com for having such a good HCG product!

product quality

product quality- product came back very well to ensure non-breakage. Inside was the vial of HCG powder along with a vial of sodium chloride for mixing. I cannot start for 4 more weeks so I am unable to comment on well the product works vs the novarel I previously purchased.

Adventures by our local customs

This was my second time to order from Asia.I placed my order with the help of the very able live chat staff. I ordered five times as much as my first order. Due to the large volume they split the order into many smaller shipments. Unfortunately two of them were randomly detained by our local customs. The company staff informed me that if I could not receive the two detained shipments they would ship me replacements to make sure that I would get what I had ordered for.That was very reassuring to me. Fortunately when I went to see the customs officer he saw my prescription and released the detained shipments after a little "other consideration".So I did not have to wait for any replacement. Thank you for your reassuring commitment to take care of my order despite occasional "adventures" by our local customs.

Delivery/Credit

Delivery was in a timely fashion w/no problems whatsoever. I did request that the credit to my account be applied to this order and that was not done so that is my only complaint. Otherwise, I am very happy with your service. Thanks!

As always placing an order at PharmacyEscrow.com was quick and easy. I received prompt emails regarding the order and updating its status. No problem were encountered with the order except I was not able to get an update of the status of the shipping via the tracking number provided so I didn't have any idea on where it was after shipping. Product too around 3 weeks to receive from the time it was ordered which I expected since I didn't request rushed service. The product came packaged very well and safely. It came in the original boxes with all paperwork. The complete order process was just as expected with the exception of not being able to track the package with the tracking information but considering I wasn't in any rush this didn't matter. I will be definitely using PharmacyEscrow.com again for future orders as they are first rate to deal with.
