Good Service

Other than the user name and password which are preset and not customized to something you can easily remember, placing the order online was easy. You just need a major credit card, and there were no foreign transaction fees associated with using the credit card for this transaction. There was a problem with my escrow and my order was inadvertently canceled at first, but it seems the error was straightened out quickly internally and most likely resulted in only a short delay in receiving my order if any. I received my hcg shipment within 3 weeks of ordering. The hcg seemed to work well and resulted in the desired weight loss. All in all, everything was pretty good.

HCG order

I placed my order and received my shipment just over 3 weeks later. Problems with the website actually worked to my advantage as the buy 3 get one free promo was extended, saving me about $30 on my order! Also, because the Ovidac was not available I was substituted the HCG Pregnyl,which I didn't mind since I have had good success with it in the past. This batch was no different. I lost my usual 1/2 lb. per day.

I would rate the quality of the product and the support I received as very good. I chose to do the HCG injections. The HCG kit came before the HCG, but I was aware that they were coming from 2 different places. The HCG took several weeks to receive, but I was aware that this would be the case. I did not have to ask for customer support in ordering, but I did have the help of my son who had ordered his own product previously. I also appreciated receiving the book by email that told you everything you needed to know.

I really struggled on this order!

My problem with this order was not in ordering the product, but in receiving it. The HCG had to be reordered because it didn't come and I had problems being able to track it with the tracking information that I had received. I chatted on the live chat several times and got very little help in answering my questions. They just kept apologizing, but didn't seem to have a solution to the problem. I finally got them to reorder for me and it finally came. I had originally upgraded to the express shipping, but that turned out to be a joke. The customer service rep, kept telling me that they have no control over the time frame of when you will receive the product. I did tell them at the time that I thought a disclaimer should be noted on your shipping time frames so customers will know that there can be extended delays in receiving the product. Especially since they would not refund the difference of the regular shipping verses the express shipping. I hope to order again with no problems. Thanks for listening!

People at Pharmacy Escrow were very helpful. Just the payment process with Western Union was not very good, but I'll continue to to order from Pharmacy Escrow, their customer service was good.

Almost perfect experience!

The order process was very easy. Pharmacy Escrow keeps you updated at each step of the order process, which I really liked, since it was my first time ordering from them. The mishap that occurred was I received an invalid tracking #, but I spoke to Shaun (from Live Chat) who cleared this up within 48 hours. He contacted the pharmacy about my issue and within 48 hours I received a new valid tracking number and I received my order 3 days later. I received my shipment in 10 days. So, my experience was almost perfect. I will order from Pharmacy Escrow again. I like the updating process and I like how they handle problems should it occur.

Good quality product, delivery a little slow.

The quality of the product is excellent. This is the first time I'm trying the high potency HCG and it's great so far. The only down side is that the delivery time ran to the very last day.

Everything was packaged as I ordered and clean and sterile. I felt confident in the product and the instructions for the use for weight loss. All the information was very clear. The only thing that I have to say negative toward the HCG program is the video demonstration it doesn't say the strength that is being prepared or how many CC that will be used at the strength demonstrated.
