Computer challenged

Even with being computer challenged as I am I was able to navigate and easily find what I wanted on your site. Check out was also very easy to do. I knew it would take a while to receive (4 to 6 weeks) so with a little planning that wasn't a problem. I did have a minor problem with my order (shorted one item) so I called customer service, they were professional, helpful and courteous. For me it was a little difficult understanding their accent. All in all a great experience. I won't hesitate to use them again.

hcg review

I loved hcg it is the product that I have found in a long time! When I found it on PharmacyEscrow.com so cheap I was ecstatic! The only problem was the shipping time I ordered it on October 11,2008 and I paid for priority shipping which I knew it still would possibly be at least 2 weeks but it took almost 3weeks....I do know that it does have to go through customs so that's why I was understanding and it was my 1st order with this company. Next time I know how long it will take so I wont let it run out without ordering way in advance. I am very pleased with the product I will be ordering again from PharmacyEscrow.com it was a good experience!

Good outcome

At first this order was sent back to the pharmacy or confiscated by customs (not in the control of Pharmacyescrow.com). I was very pleased when I inquired about my order that the staff was very accommodating and said they would reship the order at no charge. I have heard of other companies recharging for reshipping, and sometimes the product also. The one glitch was, I would have liked it if the pharmacy contacted me that it was sent back, or detained in customs. Overall I had a good experience and it was rectified quickly. I have and will continue to use this company!

Customer service was great, but I had some questions regarding the product and the first person I spoke to didn't have the correct information, but the second person I spoke to did. And I love the live chat feature. Keep up the good work!

It was difficult to wait so long for my order. It took weeks and weeks. When I called Customer Service they were very polite and reminded me of the shipment times. Sure enough, the order arrived at the predicted time... I was so relieved to see how discretely it arrived. The packaging was professional, yet unassuming. I truly appreciated the transaction and delivery!

The ease of ordering on-line is so convenient. Day or night, 24 hours a day.... 7 days a week... In this busy world of ours, it's nice to know that the products always just a few key strokes away.

My experience with PharmacyEscrow.com was a positive one. I was looking forward to starting the HCG protocol, but was nervous about ordering online. I had no problems with making my order as the website is clear and easy to use. After I placed my order, I checked on it a couple of times. When I spoke to the staff they were courteous and kindly reassured me that my product was on the way. It was packaged very well, and arrived on time with no damage. Though some of my friends said it took a longer time than was expected to receive their orders, I didn't have that problem. The product was just what I expected, and works great for me. I will be making another order soon.

ordering

I received exactly what I ordered and the expiration date was beyond the date i had hoped for. Ordering made perfect sense and was easy to pick out the product. The one thing that I was extremely displeased with was the fact that I could not find out what the difference between priority shipping and regular shipping was. I actually had to wait until after I had ordered and paid the extra $7.95 and spoke with an online representative to find out what the difference was and the number of days that the order would be shipped in comparison to a regular order

quality

This is the second time I have used the HCG. The first time I got it from a local pharmacy. The second time was from PharmacyEscrow.com. I was worried that the quality would not be as good and that my results would be different. I was happily surprised when it seemed to be just as effective as the local prescription that I had used.
