I think your customer service is very good. Hcg Pregnyl is ok but I would like more potent/pure/effective Hcg. keep good service and you will stay in and grow your business. Thanks

Live chat not helpful

The product is great. The live chat isn't very helpful, maybe I don't make my questions clear enough but instead of sending me to a website on how to mix the stuff I wish they had tried to clarify what I was asking.

HCG

I ordered HCG for dieting through Pharmacy Escrow, after a problem on the banks and with the payment they were very helpful in getting things straightened out and got my product shipped quickly. I am very happy with the product I ordered and will be using Pharmacy Escrow again.

I would definitely use this company again

I already have recommended this site to a few friends of mine. I first chose this company because they had the best price by far. I was very pleased at the ease of ordering and finding the product I needed. Checkout was very easy. I placed my order on March 25 and received it by April 6, which is the window they gave me. Being as it had to go through customs, etc.. It did not take long at all. I start the Clomid my next cycle, so we shall see what happens. Overall, I had a good experience with Pharmacy Escrow.

Good product but...

The product is very good. My only complaint is not the product itself but the charges for shipping and processing, ridiculous, need to work on this more in order to have increased business.

I found the real company to order

I found out about PharmacyEscrow.com when I started researching about the HCG diet. It was easy to find what I was looking for. I preferred the Pregnyl and Pharmacy Escrow gave me that option. When I had questions I was able to chat with someone. And with my busy life I was able to chat with someone at 10:00 PM. He did a wonderful job at answering all of my questions. My order arrived at the expected time. I was very pleased with the service I received and that's why I am now a returning customer!!

Very professional

I liked that I was informed of the status of my order every step of the way. From the initial ordering process to the day I received my product I felt like I was being taken care of. The product did take a while to arrive, I would have liked to have it sooner but I received it in good condition. I have no complaints about the quality of the product. And Pharmacy Escrow did an excellent job of making sure I knew what was happening with my product. Excellent customer service and the website is very easy to use. I will definitely use them again.

HCG order

I wasn't sure which HCG to order and wanted to make sure I got the power instead of the ampule form. I logged on to the live chat and someone on the other end was very helpful. I ordered OVIDAC regular shipping and it was at my door in 12 days via UPS. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I was charged $25 for shipping a very small box.

HCG

I got what I ordered in a timely manner. The company was awesome with calling and updating me on my order, however, when you order a 23 day supply, it is really 15 so you need to order two vials at least. I now have to pay for shipping again to complete my needs. Make sure you watch all the videos completely and read all the material completely because that is where I was mistaken. The amount ordered is misleading a little. Otherwise, I highly recommend this site.

I would rate the quality of the product excellent, but I was not happy of the lack of support on the mixing. My husband threw away the directions on accident and when I called customer support, so I have no idea if I mixed it correctly! :(
