Great Customer Service: Excellent Product: Delayed

Hi, this is Beth from Mississippi. As a new user of HCG, I was baffled by all of the choices and decisions I had to make before beginning the protocol Pharmacy Escrow made it so easy. Ordering was simple - the wide selection was organized and well-presented. I was especially pleased with the well made mixing instruction videos. I used sublingual HCG and found the mixing videos remarkably helpful. I could watch the video while I mixed my own HCG. The product is working extremely well. I am on R1P2D28 and have lost 20.5 pounds. I'm very happy with the results! I did experience a problem with the shipping of the mixing kit. It arrived almost two weeks after the HCG. I was eager to begin so the delay was a bit disturbing. However, due to the good staff at Pharmacy Escrow and the quality of their products, I will definitely order from them again for my second round!

Questions regarding my order were answered specifically and promptly by email. I was also able to speak to customer service reps by phone, without having to wait on hold.

The site is a little difficult to navigate but the support was fast! I forgot my password and ID and they helped me very quickly. The order I placed in April took exactly the amount of time was stated however I wish they did not take so long to process and arrive.

Great Product

The product was great but took quite a while to get in the mail. Once we got it we began use right away and were very pleased with the product and the results.

Service is provided in a timely manner, although the shipping price is a bit expensive you get your products as promised. Great refill reminders!!

I ordered these products on the same day. The HCG from India showed a delivery time of 10-18 days. It was sent out immediately and passed through US customs within 3 days. I received the product well within the time frame given. I had a small problem with the kit. The tracking information I was given showed it called in for pickup by the USPS on May 21. It showed nothing after that. Once I received the HCG I used the online chat to find the problem with the kit. It took another week, but I did receive the kit. I was given no explanation for the delay. All products were in excellent condition upon arrival.

One small complaint

One small complaint, I received three Vials of HCG and one of them had no potency at all. This is frustrating but my overall experience with pharmacy escrow has been very good. I have purchased HCG from Pharmacy Escrow three times now and I am going back for a forth. Thank you for helping me loose over 40 lbs and counting.

I lost weight

I really like this it works and I lost 25 pounds with this brand. I wasn't hungry and i had energy, I will be ordering more of this for my next cycle.
