Customer Service

The customer service from Pharmacy Express is very nice. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. My situation has been handled and I have always been satisfied with the outcome. Sometimes I have had a little trouble understanding the English of the person but the simply slow their talk down and pronounce the words clearer. I like "Live Chat" too.

If I had it to do all over again

I wouldn't change a thing!
I ordered from Pharmacy Escrow on the recommendation of a friend so I pretty much knew what to expect in terms of time to receive the order, etc. Customer service kept me well informed via phone calls and a tracking email. Although the link in the tracking email was useless my product arrived within 3 weeks, as expected, in a hand addressed plain brown package. The HCG kit arrived within 1 week and since injections are new territory for me I watched several of the Youtube videos before I even touched the stuff. Once I felt confident I mixed it up and started my diet. I could have use the support offered by Pharmacy Escrow but I already had a built in support group of friends who have successfully done the diet. I am quite satisfied with the results.

Prdouct was great shipping sucks

The product look great but shipping took forever 3 weeks. That was the only down fall was shipping. But thank you for being honest and not stealing my money. I will order from ya'll again and again...

Good quality products

I found both parts of my order to be of good quality. The sublingual kit was very high quality. The HCG vials came in a package that had a strong musty odor, probably due to the fact that it came from a very humid climate, but the vials were fine.

First time customer

I thought the ordering process was simple and user friendly. As it was on-line I was skeptical of the authenticity. However, once my order was placed, I received follow-up by e-mail every step of the way. I was also able to track the order and the postal service. The kit came first (within 3 days). The HCG arrived 15 days later. I followed a video instruction to see how to mix and how to inject. I am now into it 3 days and look forward to positive results.

Reasonably Fast, Dependable Delivery

This is the third time we've ordered HCG kits from this pharmacy. The product is consistently good quality, and the orders are filled to specifications. Even though the HCG arrives from a foreign country, it gets to the U.S. pretty quickly and by registered mail. I like the fact that I can track the deliveries. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it is slightly inconvenient to have the kit supplies arrive separately than the HCG. But I would have rated it 4 and a half.

I found the information and the product to be of high standard. Great communication. I myself did not read that it was in a breakable vial instead of the mixable injection top vial which makes mixing easier as their is no glass to break

Quality of HCG

I really liked the HCG I lost weight I didn't lose as much as I had hoped, but everyone is different so it is hard to say everyone will lose a certain amount because everyone loses weight at different rates.

There was a problem with delivery and I did not receive my shipment. I emailed them and received a very quick response I then got my shipment order within the next week. I actually did the live chat and it was awesome, the customer service agent was very helpful.
