Very Good Experience

This order went very smoothly, and I received exactly what I ordered within the time frame I was given. I had an issue with my credit card at first which had nothing to do with Pharmacy Escrow and the customer service was very helpful and friendly. We got it sorted out quickly.
My one issue with my order, and the reason I rated my experience a 4 instead of a 5, was that the HCG Kit contained only exactly the supplies I would need if nothing at all went wrong. I want to point out that the product was not dishonestly described. The website was clear about what I was ordering, but since I had never done this before I was not aware of the fact that it is incredibly easy to bend the needle of an insulin syringe or render a vial unsterile by accident, especially the first time one does the mixing. If this happens one must then find replacement materials very quickly before the opened HCG is ruined. Also, the instructions say to mix the HCG so that one injects .5 cc's daily. The insulin syringes I was sent only hold .5 cc's which means I have to pull the plunger back as far as it will go which makes the injection process very delicate. I'd hope the company would consider these factors in the future.
However, as I said before, this was the only problem with my order. The service was exceptional. I received constant updates on my order status and tracking numbers which actually worked (unlike many online pharmacies). I will definitely order from this company again.

HCG product is easy to use and works well.The mixing is easy and the product arrives in a unmarked package. I use the product for weight loss and it is very effective.

I was very skeptical when I ordered this LUPiZY Brand HCG online. I was very worried when they told me that the product was being shipped from out of the country. I took a chance and ordered with this company because I wanted to lose weight and I read the other testimonies. TO MY SURPRISE, I actually received the product faster than I thought I was. I was not charge any other fees other than what was discussed between the representatives and myself. There have been no bogus charges to my account. I am so please with the service, I kept calling just to make sure they were telling me the same thing every time, because it is one of those things that I felt was too good to be true. But I am so grateful that Pharmacy Escrow does exactly what they say they will do. I have already recommended my friends. I have lost 40 pounds and I am truly happy with this company. In fact I am going to place another order this week. Thank you Pharmacy Escrow for proving to be such a great establishment.

good deal

We received the HCG and were very pleased with the product. My daughter lost 26 lbs and I lost 21 lbs. The only thing I would change is that it took several weeks to get the product. But, I've since ordered again and probably will sometime in the spring again.

The communication with your customer service was great even on the phone and during live chat. Your staff called me to let me know that the transaction had been completed.

Shipping took a bit longer than expected. However, I received an email that you are changing to a faster supplier, which will help in future orders. I have come back every time I've needed the medication and will continue to order from your site. Thanks!

I have used several different brands of HCG and this is just as good if not better than the others used. The product came quickly and in great shape. I would recommend this product to anyone who has done the HCG diet or using it to tone up. This is a great quality!

1st time ordering from a novice point of view

My experience with Pharmacy Escrow on my first order was very interesting. I wasn't sure what I should get. I had a good idea, but I had never ordered medication this way before. I found what I believed to be the things that I wanted, but as I put my credit card through, I couldn't quite get it to work right. So I called the number that was online. (this by the way was wonderful.. many online companies don't want you to call and it's impossible to find a number, let alone call, and someone actually answers.) The customer service representative was very friendly and I found out I had to give some medical background information. He confirmed that I had ordered what I really wanted, took my credit card number and finished processing my order. A couple of weeks later, as I was being very impatient waiting for my order to arrive, I talked online to a representative using the online chat. And they explained the time period that it takes to ship and that I could only count weekdays. Again, they answered, you weren't on hold for an eternity and they were very courteous. thank-you!!

Pharmacy Escrow is a great way to order. We have placed many orders with PX Escrow. The only issue that I have had is the way that the pharmacy ships. We have had a few broken ampules. The pharmacy was very good about replacing the broken ampules. Other than that we have had great customer service and everything has come just as described!

First time order HCG Ovidac

Hello all those who might read this that are considering ordering for the first time. That is exactly what this order is for me. My first one. It has been interesting, with some good and some not so good experiences. So I hope this helps get you prepared what to expect, because even the best things can somewhat be challenging.
I have a relative that has ordered the HCG Pregnyl and lost weight, actually I have several who have done pretty well. I decided to go for it and they referred me to Pharmacyescrow.com and told me it was a good time to get started because there was a promotion for a new HCG that was being offered. I got online and wasn't so sure on navigating because I didn't realize that this place offered so many different pharmacy products. No problem, picked up the phone and called the one that referred me.
I was told to type HCG Pregnyl in the search box and it would make navigating through the page easy. I did and then got a link to click on which I also did. This brought me to a long list of different brands and strengths. Ring. Called the person who referred me who reminded me what stregth was the most common for the weight loss. I say the 800 number on the site, but I wasn't sure if they would know that specifically, so I didn't call them, I instead called the person who told me of the site. I clicked on the Ovidac and the strength and was then directed to if I needed mixing kits and then coaching. I didn't need the mixing kit because we can get all of that stuff in our area over the counter and I already know I am going to call my family if I have any questions since they have done it before me. It seems like a good idea though.
So I continued past those, and got to the payment / set up account stuff. Filled in name, shipping address, dob, some health questions (they have a doctor that will I guess review and order if your doctor hasn't). I did the payment. I didn't see anything reflect the special even though I was ordering the one that was being promoted, so I wasn't sure if it was automatic or not, but to make myself feel better, I typed that in the comments box. I think I would have felt more at ease if something came up in writing that said it was the promoted item and indicate that promotion, but my family said that it was ok, it would still ship fine.
Just to be sure, I called and the person at the call center re-assured me that I was getting the promotion. They also said everything went through fine. They did use security measures, like confirming information before talking about the order, etc. So I was happy with that.
Shipping on the other hand has been a little more challenging. The packaging is super secure. I am SOOOOOO happy about it. Each vial is sealed and has an additional safety cap that you have to snap off. Even when snapping it off, it is sealed and you have to use a mixing syringe and sterile solution to go through the top and draw out the product. So you know everything is sealed and sterile, but on top of that each vial is individually sealed again in its own packaging. Fabulous. But it makes for bulky shipping which meant my order was sent in 2 individual packages.
The first one got here so fast, between 7 to 10 days. I was so surprised because my family wanted to prepare me incase it took longer, and because of a new provider of this product, no one was sure how long it took. It came quick. I was so happy. But then I got an email saying everything had come and it had not.
I contacted pharmacyescrow and they said that had the information from the provider, I don't know if initially the person at the call center didn't understand me, or what, but kept asking me more than once questions when I already answered. So I did have to repeat myself and clarify until the person understood that I know the email said everything had been delivered but it had not, that is why I was calling. Finally the person said they would contact the pharmacy and ask for tracking and email me the tracking information.
At first it seemed I didn't get the tracking information, but Pharmacyescrow said they had other say their was a problem with my email provider. So I went into spam and sure enough there was my tracking info. I reported to my provider to allow their emails and I was glad pharmacyescrow was able to tell me to do that.
My second order apparently got held up in customs and was sent back to the provider. I didn't get the letter from customs until way later, so the tracking number was helpful. I contacted pharmacyescrow. By the time I did all that the letter did come and I faxed it to them to forward to the pharmacy to reship the missing items.
So even with a problem, things were handled so well. I actually checked back in over the live chat instead of over the phone and liked that even better than the phone call since I was able to email myself the copy once the chat was complete, which was helpful to have the fax #, etc., once the letter came in. I was able to open the email and the fax number was there. I faxed it in and the email was also in the chat, so I then emailed the person I spoke with and let them know to expect it.
Even with the holdup, I am so happy with the overall experience. The first part came through fine, I was able to get started and do my first round and the other will be in by the time my next round is due. I am ok with that. Everything actually went very smoothly for there being a problem, it was resolved sooooo quickly which let's me have greater peace of mind. I will use them again and I will refer others to them. I just wanted those considering ordering the first time to be prepared. My families all went smoothly from beginning to end, and while mine had a challenge, it is worth it. The product is great, I've lost weight and am so grateful to have a place to get this. Thanks Ovidac's pharmacy and thanks pharmacyescrow!
