The best customer service

My first shipment got lost in the mail, so I was in contact with customer service, which promptly notified me that a new shipment will be sent out within a day and they emailed me a tracking number when they received it from the pharmacy. They are always friendly and want to resolve problems as quick as possible.

Great Quality HCG

I went to a weight loss clinic in order to receive my first HCG injections which was very expensive. I have ordered the HCG twice for your company and it has been the same quality of HCG and I am very pleased with the price. You do need to plan ahead since it takes almost a month to receive the medication, but that is not due to any fault of PharmacyEscrow.com

I was very happy to recieve my order so quickly! I can really see that you have upgraded your way of doing things. Happy to get my order! Finally!

I am happy that I was able to order. It took a really long time for it to arrive though. I felt frustrated and had to call several times. One thing that helped me alot and the main reason I came back to use this pharmacy again was the very helpful people. They were very thorough in assisting me to get exactly what I needed. I was even given a call to make sure that I needed both of my orders. (I had accidentally ordered twice without understanding what I had done) I appreciated that so much! Imagine how frustrating that would be to find a double charge on your credit card and then feel upset! They seem to want us happy customers!!

I am very impressed with your service. When I placed my order I had a little trouble and used the live chat feature. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and very helpful. He took time with me, answered all of my questions and made sure I didn't need anything else before we ended our conversation. The order came in sooner than I expected, instead of 4 weeks, it came in about 2 1/2. Nothing was broken or damaged. Keep up the good work, I will be ordering from you again.

The emails I received kept me informed of the shipping status of my package, and I was able to chat live with a representative when I had a question. It was great! The Product is Great

The product is great. The service is great. It's easy to order and you have people available on the 877 line or Live Chat if there are any confusions. I am very happy with all of that. The only dissatisfaction I have is with the cost of the shipping and the length of time it took. I paid an extra $7 for priority shipping but it took 22 days to reach me. In addition, we saw the cost of the postage on the label and, converted into US dollars, it was less than $3, yet I paid $30 + $7. In the US, $30 would have paid for overnight global express. I realize you must add an additional fee for handling but I feel $27+ is too much. Being an international shipper, I know how much it costs and how much time it takes. But I will purchase from you again because I want the product.
