again the arcoxia was perfect..the theochron was also...they did come in separately..i was and continue to be satisfied with both of these....then we will talk of the premarin----- the premarin .625 always came..i got it from various vendors trying to get the larger dose to be shipped....it never was...i lost quite a chunk of money because the pharmacy would not give you all the money back to give to us..i just put it behind me because everything else was good..finally just gave up and quite taking premarin all together...

I am very pleased with the service I received at PharmacyEscrow.com. I received the correct medicine that I ordered and received it in a discreet package as I requested. However, the time it took for me to receive it was incredibly long, and I even payed for express shipping. I will try this escrow service again and I hope that the time it will take to receive my order is greatly reduced...

Delivery not so good.

Until this order I had had no problems with the delivery but this time it took it's full 3 weeks + a bit longer. However on the bright side the email I sent inquiring about this was replied to extremely quickly. So the service was good although a bit disappointing.

Excellent Product, slow service

The product is exactly as I expected it to be and the packaging, etc. was well done.

The issue I have is with the amount of time it took to get the order. I was told by PharmacyEscrow.com website that US orders were from 7-10 business days. This order took 25 business days.

My only criticism is that the pills are individually wrapped and somewhat inconvenient to unwrap every day. But the quality is fine.

Half of order was received

The pharmacy did not have a supply of this product when my order was received. They had another pharmacy ship the product, but in the transfer they entered a number that was half of the amount that I actually ordered. This was an oversight, not intentional.
I contacted customer service and asked for assistance. Initially I did not receive good service, but I was finally able to get them to realize what had happened to my order. They corrected the problem and the missing product was received (at no extra cost to me).
I have used this company several times and this is the only time I had an issue. Since this issue, I have ordered products and had very good results. My experience on this particular order just goes to show that no one is perfect. The company is committed to correcting problems when they occur.

Need a little better support system

When I called to find out why I still could not get my tracking number to come up in the USPS website, I was told exactly what I could read online. I was looking for a little more help than that. Even though I checked every day for several days, my tracking number never showed until it had been delivered.

Other than that, service was fine.
