Very good experience but a bit long shipping time

It was my first order with PharmacyEscrow.com. I found easily what I wanted and appreciated the choice between several pharmacies worldwide. I selected the cheapest pharmacy located in India. The order process was simple and easy. The shipping time was a bit long (one month), but I could chat several times with the customer support that answered with precision to my questions. The parcel that I received was really discreet. It was an envelop that seemed to contain a small book or a thick document, without any indication about the contents on it. Nobody, not even the customs, could know that it contained drugs. The drug itself was really the generic that I ordered and I used it without having problem.

I found the service for this order was exceptional. In the past, I found the time between order and delivery was too long. But with my latest order, I found that PharmacyEscrow.com had greatly improved their speed of delivery. I was very pleased.

Tracking option inoperable.

I am satisfied with the quality and delivery of these products. The only problem was that I was not able to track the order to determine it's approximate arrival date.

Very good customer service.

My initial order was not complete, but with one toll free phone call, customer service took care of the matter. A completed order was immediately dispatched at no cost to me. While it was not good that the initial order was not complete, it was taken care of immediately.

Excellent service and medicines!

As usual, it was simple and easy to place the order. The order system is well thought-out and convenient to work with. The order was processed promptly and tracking numbers were sent to me by email and listed in my Account, all as promised. The medications arrived quickly (about 8 days) but the packaging left a bit to be desired. To be fair, the choice of packing is likely to help arouse less suspicion by customs officers. Aside from a few tablets broken in transit, the quality is excellent and exactly what I have received numerous times before.

Continued good service

I have been using this escrow service for a few years now and have been pleased with both their customer service and delivery. The last delivery hit a snag as it was held up in customs, but after speaking to a customer service rep on-line (very friendly and prompt) she corrected the delay by re-filling the order from a different pharmacy. There was no extra charge, even though the new pharmacy did charge more for the same product. I received the new order in just a matter of days after my initial contact. Very pleased with your service overall. Thank You.
