Outstanding Service

I have ordered from Pharmacy Escrow multiple times now, and have been a customer for nearly a year. Everything is as advertised except the customer service, it is better. They offer guidance for every step of the process should you want or need it. However it does not stop after the order is placed, they continue by updating you on your order as it progresses through their system all the way to delivery and sometimes afterwards. What a refreshing way to do business.

I think the service is excellent because there is always help at hand having a live chat, and the person you talk to is always very patient and helpful. The delivery service is good, takes a bit long from order to delivery but the emails keeping me up to date on the order delivery date is very good.

Fast service for a bargain

I recently lost my health insurance. Because I am on a fixed income, the prices that I pay for medication at my local pharmacy are more than my budget can afford. When I order my medications through PharmacyEscrow.com I am able to receive bulk pricing and discount pricing on the medications that I need. With this service I feel that I am getting quality medication that my conditions require but with pricing that I can afford. In addition to this, I appreciate having so many choices from doses, quantity, and source of medication. I am a loyal Pharmacy Escrow customer and would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends

I purchased my items from the India source and I was thrilled with the service. The medication arrived quickly, exactly as ordered, and everything was nicely packaged to prevent any damage.
I have ordered from other India sources in the past and had problems with incorrect and damaged items. Ordering through PharmacyEscrow.com was a pleasure and everything was perfect. I highly recommend Pharmacy Escrow!

Excellent customer service

I live in Texas and have used Pharmacy Escrow a number of times now. The customer service has been outstanding. I am kept informed of every stage as the order is processed. Should any issue arise they contact me immediately. The site is easy to use and they are trustworthy. They also offer discounts on refills as a way to thank you for your service. Many businesses could learn from their example. I would have given them 5 stars but that is something I never do even though the service and product are fantastic. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They know how to take care of their customers.

I am not very good with working on the computer but your staff on the phone were helpful in walking me through the steps. I also liked your chat room where you can have questions answered.
I do wonder if you would include any paperwork telling the consumer about any problems you might have in using a new medicine. I will certainly reorder from you when I run out.
