Long time in shipping.

I placed this order online because my first order with you went so well. The only issue is that your orders seem to take five weeks for delivery to South Carolina, USA. That is a long time even for overseas. Your product quality has been great so far.

Received on time

My order was received on time, as promised. My only complaint would be that the order came in a different dosage than I ordered, but the total amount of medication was exactly as paid for in the order (tabs were 5 mg instead of 10 mg ordered, I received 2, 5 mg tabs for every 1, 10 mg tab I ordered, no big deal).

As usual, ordering through Pharmacyescrow.com was quite easy. Prices are excellent-I saved quite a bit by ordering through this site.

I did have some concerns about shipping time, but in the end they were resolved. I ordered products from pharmacies in New Zealand and India. Five days after I placed my order, the Indian pharmacy had already shipped, while the New Zealand pharmacy had not. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. I was told the New Zealand pharmacy had to order the product and it would be a week before shipping. So in the end, the Indian pharmacy took 5 days to process and ship my order and the New Zealand pharmacy shipped 12 days after I placed my order. HOWEVER, THE NEW ZEALAND PHARMACY ARRIVED FIRST! Total time for New Zealand was 20 days and India took 23 days.

I would recommend choosing the New Zealand pharmacy over Indian if you have a choice. The New Zealand pharmacy shipped its product in a bottle while the Indian pharmacy shipped in blisters. I prefer the bottle because there is less likely to be damage during shipping.

I am not very good with working on the computer but your staff on the phone were helpful in walking me through the steps. I also liked your chat room where you can have questions answered.
I do wonder if you would include any paperwork telling the consumer about any problems you might have in using a new medicine. I will certainly reorder from you when I run out.

Good experience with this company

I received the medication within 3 weeks, as promised. The company called to make sure I had all my questions answered and to give a contact number if I experienced difficulties with the order. The reason I am rating this 4 stars is because the medication came with no information at all...no dosage, side effects, cautions, etc. I had to call my specialist in America for this information (which really was no problem, just a hassle). The medication is being taken to help with moderate gastro paresis and is working well! I have been taking the medication 3-4 times daily before meals for 2 weeks.

Good service

I think the service is excellent because there is always help at hand having a live chat, and the person you talk to is always very patient and helpful. The delivery service is good, takes a bit long from order to delivery but the emails keeping me up to date on the order delivery date is very good.

Surprised by supplier change, but made right

I originally ordered this through a Romanian pharmacy and paid a premium for the medication due to a problem I had with an earlier order shipped from an Indian pharmacy that had affixed a label on the outside of the package stating the contents (very embarrassing, and a dangerous thing for me).
After ordering from the Romanian source I received an email from staff stating that they had a backup at their Romanian supplier and had automatically switched my order to an Indian supplier.
Having paid a premium and expecting another "discreet" package from India with the contents clearly described I was very angry at this switch and wrote in the staff to voice my complaint and cancel the order.
To my surprise the staff listened to my situation, apologized for the inconvenience, and guaranteed me that the former labeling issue would not happen again. They credited my account for the difference in price and then some for the inconvenience.
The package arrived in good time from India discreetly, the contents were packed well and the product was fresh and undamaged.
Overall despite the unexpected switch my confidence was bolstered by the clear communication and customer oriented attitude of the pharmacy staff.

Great service

I have used Pharmacy Escrow for almost a year now. I greatly appreciate being able to order quality medications at a very reasonable price. The reason I did not rate my experience a 5 is because the only viable option for ordering is with a VISA card. I changed banks and now have a MasterCard. This did create a problem for me. Otherwise, any issues I have experienced have been dealt with in a courteous and professional manner. I highly recommend Pharmacy Escrow as an alternate and affordable source for prescription medications.

Excellent customer service

I live in Texas and have used Pharmacy Escrow a number of times now. The customer service has been outstanding. I am kept informed of every stage as the order is processed. Should any issue arise they contact me immediately. The site is easy to use and they are trustworthy. They also offer discounts on refills as a way to thank you for your service. Many businesses could learn from their example. I would have given them 5 stars but that is something I never do even though the service and product are fantastic. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They know how to take care of their customers.
