overall, great service

They were able to fill one order quickly but unable to locate another medication and refunded to my account and provided opportunities to substitute, but based on my experience, I prefer the name-brand of that particular product. Overall, I'm very pleased and will continue being a repeat customer.

Pharmacy Escrow service

I was satisfied with the customer service and my order came more quickly than expected. The only minor flaws was a long wait for a rep on the phone and the shipping cost is high and I know you really have no control over that. I am a satisfied customer.

I was kept well informed throughout the whole process

I was a first time buyer with Pharmacy Escrow. I had a bad experience with another on-line pharmacy but Pharmacy Escrow looked more professional. So I gave them a try, I was very impressed with the service they kept me informed with every step of the process, with no lag time in between. The first credit card I used did not go through they let me know right away I gave them a new form of payment that went right through. Any time I sent them an email or a phone call they got back to me right away and they followed up with me with each step. I am well pleased with this service. The only thing that was a concern was the length of time it takes to get the product, but it did come within the time they said it would which is better than the last on-line pharmacy that I used I had to give up on them and never did get my whole order all and all. I give Pharmacy Escrow service high marks, and would recommend them to anyone that wants a good dependable pharmacy service. The quality of the product was as good as any I got from a U.S. pharmacy and I had no problems with it. I will definitely order from Pharmacy Escrow in the future and suggest that you do to.

Great experience

the order for the three products that I received this time, was overall a great experience. It was easy to complete the on-line order, and it arrived faster than the last one and that was a pleasant surprise. The quality of the products was good with no problems, but an insert telling you more about each product would be helpful. All and all I was pleased with my purchase and I will continue to use this service in the future.

Tracking process did not work this time

This time out my order took the longest time to get to me. only 4 days short of 30 days and the tracking process stopped at preparing the shipment to leave India it never showed it arriving US customs or clearing US customs or arriving in my town it just showed up 26 days after I placed my order. When I got it it was fine, just not the usual good step by step good service that I have had in the past.

Well, I've not had consistently good experiences with online pharmacies and was very pleased with my experience with PharmacyEscrow.com. It's an excellent arrangement that encourages the pharmacies to grow their businesses globally through dependable service and to compete on price at the same time. My order arrived when expected, properly packaged, and was of excellent quality.

Glad we ordered

We waited about 5 weeks for the order but the price was right and we are happy with the meds.

Our copay with insurance was $80 and the entire price with Escrow is $40 so beside the wait, we're very satisfied.

Glad we ordered

The meds seem fine. However I had a bad experience with customer service [Andy] who would not even consider correcting an incorrect order for which we'd waited for almost 5 weeks.

I don't know if I hd a brain fade and ordered ampules [to inject the meds] or what but I'd like to think I'm smarter than that.

The fact remained, I rec'd a completely useless med and did not have the med my husband really needed. Any was smug and just this side of rude and insulting.

I wrote an email to his boss Alex K who very professionally shipped me a new order at no extra charge and got it here in about 2 weeks.

I'm very grateful for his consideration and even though it's impossible to know who misordered, Mr. K was only concerned with replacing the med correctly and helping us with our needs.

Because of him, I will remain a customer.
